Hiring Dr. Edwards and her APN (or PA or tech) Veronica were excellent personnel decisions by Gastro Health. Dr. Edwards demonstrates compassion/empathy with every encounter and sought to involve me in the conversation regarding planning next steps for my care. Even though I am not a medical expert so cannot evaluate her medical knowledge my impression is that she is highly competent. Veronica, her assistant also seemed quite competent. Both were very personable and I felt very respected and comfortable.

The entire visit was excellent.

Competent and caring physician and medical assistant. Edwards was great, but delays, no-show employees (evidence of at least two no-shows), long wait times suggest problems with management or the system at gastro health.

Did not have a good experience with Dr Edwards, would not recommend. Communication and empathy skills lacking. Always left not feeling good about my visit with her.
