Laseraway's Online Review Report Card

I have had three different treatments with LaserAway: Laser Hair Removal, IPL, and Botox.Laser Hair Removal: I have been wanting laser hair removal for years, I have already seen a huge difference and I am about half way through my package. I am doing full body and I really looking forward to my final results. Pricing is pretty comparable what I priced out previously at other places but I appreciate that LaserAway gives me 8 treatments (10 for face) over the standard 6 at most other places. Please note that I am a pretty ideal candidate for laser hair removal (pale skin, dark coarse hair).IPL: I have had IPL previously for persistent redness from my rosacea with great long lasting results. I got a package with 6 IPL treatments and 6 Clear + Brilliant (I haven't had the clear + brilliant yet because I want the redness gone first). LaserAway has been more slow to ramp me up to higher settings for the IPL which means that no one can tell I have had it done the next day which I appreciate. The last time I had to treatments done, and while they were super effective, I had severe redness and raised skin (not quite blistered) for 3-4 days post treatment. Have only had 2 done so far, not a huge difference yet but I am hopeful for more of a difference after the 3rd (which is what my nurse suspected will happen).Botox: I have never had Botox before and I am really happy with results. So professional and great at talking me through the procedure. Made sure that we went light for my first time (36 units) and my forehead looks so smooth. Will definitely be continuing to get this done at LaserAway.LaserAway has been a good choice for me because I had originally wanted these treatments and the prices are in the ballpark of what I expected or less. Be prepared for HEAVY sales pitches. Only go in if you are confident with what you want. That being said I am very happy with the service and results I have received and I really like all the staff. So happy to have the Kirkland location, so convenient for me.

Just completed my first appointment with LaserAway in Totem Lake, Kirkland and have nothing but great things to say about my experience. First off, the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable! Any questions I had were answered and I felt more than prepared for the first appointment and the after care to follow. Scheduling was/is easy and they are able to accommodate my busy work schedule with the appointment options available. Secondly, the technicians are very professional and I feel put the customer first to garner the best results possible. In fact, the technician had informed me that I had too much spray tan in a particular area, which could impact results and cause hyperpigmentation, we went forth with my remaining services and I was quickly rescheduled a few days later to treat the area she advised we wait on. I appreciated that she told me as she could've gone forward with the service and not put me and my results first. LaserAway is also a clean, modern and private space! Couldn't be happier to have found them!

This was my first appointment, but I was very happy with the service and cleanliness of the facility. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall a great experience!

I completed my first session for Tattoo Removal. The experience was great. Pricing is competitive. While tattoo removal may not be for the faint of heart, the staff made it very tolerable.The office is clean. The process was relatively quick. And there was plenty of moral support - they're really accommodating and cognizant of pain tolerance.

I was very nervous about getting my first laser treatment done but the girls there made me feel SO comfortable. There was absolutely no pain to it & it was a very quick process! i love that they have bundles including different treatments you can add. Everything about this place is great & I would highly recommend. I can't wait to see my future results after my sessions are finished.

I've been getting laser hair removal and not only are my results amazing, but the staff and technicians are amazing. They are all so kind, accommodating, friendly, and professional. The space is very clean and lets me know I'm in good hands.

This is my first tattoo removal and I was very nervous. The team here in every way is so awesome and friendly. They do a great job at explaining every step and making me feel comfortable. They definitely make it as easy as possible and I appreciate it!! Hopefully I don't have anymore regrettable tattoos but if I do I'll come back here! :)

I haven’t even had a services with them but they will not stop calling my phone about potentially booking a service. I understand a one time call but seriously twice within a two hour period??

Overall a great experience great care and treatment got 3rd/12 sessions. Taylor is really great at helping reduce the pain by her experience and post treatment care instructions
