List of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Medical Pavilion - Kirkland's Reviews
Awesome new medical facility with some of the best Doctors. Lots of free parking and close to nearby strip malls
If I could, I wouldn’t even give one star. They have absolutely no respect for patients’ time you have to wait far too long for every appointment. The lab staff were not responsible or professional. Because of their mistake, I was forced to repeat a test, which caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional time. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
One star is too much. They changed locations! Went in circles and kept ending up at the same building! Then called to ask where they were located and they said....oh....its nit on google maps! Missed a much needed appointment. What happened to VMMC? CHI IS TERRIBLE
I've been a client of VIRGINIA MASON for 48 years. Since joining up with FRANCISCAN HEALTH, the qual I ty of everything has dropped below my expectations of care. I'm looking for a new doctor now 🤔
Worst customer service, worst wait time to even talk to front desk, won’t respond to insurance requests or send prior authorization. I have stage 4 kidney disease and they couldn’t care less about getting prescriptions filed in a timely manner it’s been 9 days still nothing about a simple request
I don't know what kind of protocol changes Virginia Masons had or what's going on, but they've absolutely nosedived into the worst possible service and medical procedures I don't know if it's a problem with females but it seems that every female receptionist and or doctor or nurse takes everything extremely personal personally and will sit there and argue with you about semantics as you're trying to figure out information for more important medical issues they will sit there and make an argument out of if you're not wearing your Tuesday shoes or something I called to check on a prior authorization request had been transferred twice. Had to call back twice and was on hold for 20 minutes each time before being argued with by the receptionist saying she could help me and then I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone explaining to her what I was actually trying to do instead of just finding the doctor I was waiting on hold for actually prescribed the medication and could answer my questions and then I was argued with because she said that they don't just sit there and keep double checking on the authorization request I said why not you guys are doctors that's what your job is? and she got really mad and said we have a lot of patience. We can't get to everybody like that and I said why not doctors get paid a lot and I pay my bills why am I being charged so much if I have to wait so long? I've waited since last week just to hear back about this request. It's a medication for my kidneys too, so it's life or death medication. I'm moving forward with a lawsuit against Virginia Mason for medical malpractice. I've had 30 doctors appointments this year alone all leading directly to no medication or no treatment whatsoever and I'm now in stage five kidney disease when I was in stage two at the beginning of the year.
At the prior Kirkland location I could easily get an appointment within a day or two, often same day. Now online bookings doesn’t show any openings until Feb (2+ months) and that’s with any internal med Dr. My doctor is listed as being at the new Kirkland location (had been at prior Kirkland location) but when I search for appts with them nothing comes up, so I have no idea if they retired or they are no longer there. Horrible communication and booking since the relocation. Looking for new Dr office as a result, had always been happy with VM including surgery and severe condition in IC so very disappointed.
I've been going to Virginia Mason for 30 years. Annual physicals used to be very comprehensive, took 45 minutes, Dr asked about my physical condition, anything changed? anything bothering me? checked my skin etc. Now they're BP checks, height, weight, minimal bloodwork, 15 minutes tops. Recently Virginia Mason adds to their billing on annual physicals ,,, they bill for the annual physical and bill for a regular visit (they call it a med check) since your Dr asks if you need any medication refills. Which is interesting, because they won't refill prescriptions unless I go in for a annual physical. The Dr is good, it's Virginia Mason and their billing which has become a problem, very greedy.
New building and everything is great. They notified the new location multiple times via different channels - text, voice msg, etc.
Absolutely untrained professionals at the front desk. It requires 10 mins to get out of hold and then another 10 mins to explain a simple requirement related to getting a doctor's note.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
