I wouldn't recommend this Doctor William S Getchell, he doesn't have manners to treat people who is not his kind ( whites); Now you see who I am. Learn how to be kind with patients who are not part of your culture. As he said " I don't want to waste my time" ( stress test) well now you got hints what kind of people is this; unprofessional..!. I hope to see your response back because as a professional regardless of not your doubts or conclusion ended as you expect, Do and get the results just IN CASE...!

I've been seeing Dr. Getchell over the past 15 years. I did not have major issues, but more concerning problems (PVC's and other irregularities in my heartbeat). He was very thorough and ran necessary tests that helped me to feel confident in his diagnosis. He is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. He listens well and takes his time hearing your concerns. I hope to have him around for a long time and hope to be around for a long time continuing to be his patient - I believe his care as a doctor will help accomplish this goal for me! I moved recently from Bellevue to Renton but will gladly fight the 405 nightmare to continue seeing him. I highly recommend Dr. Getchell.

Dr Getchell is the best doctor I have had. Very personable, and thorough. He was excellent at helping me understand my condition and recommended what he thought I should do to remedy the situation. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Getchell is a wonderful Dr. He has seen my 91 yr old grandmother for around 15 years and my mother for over 3 years. He is caring and attentive. I highly recommend him.

Responsible for saving my life! As he told my wife " I walked through the valley of the shadow....". My situation was impossible, almost everything that could go wrong did. I'm alive today because of this man's incredible knowledge and commitment. He's truly a blessing to his patients.

Dr. Getchell is a rare doctor. He listens and has a conversation with you. He never makes you feel he is rushed. He treats you as an equal. Have I ever had an appointment cancelled? Yes. He is the Head of Cardiology for Evergreen Hospital. Sometimes if you want the best you need to be flexible. I travel 1250 miles to see him.
