Everything was organized, clean and efficient

I am very pleased with the service and care I received from Dr. Rudd and his staff. They were all kind and very thorough. I felt comfortable preparing for Lasik surgery and all through the surgery Dr. Rudd spoke to me to keep me calm and aware of what was happening, which relaxed me further. I would highly recommend their services.

I came to Aurora LASIK for a second opinion and was very pleased with the results! They cared specific to my needs and comfort level. Very responsive and always available to answer questions. All around great staff that seems to really care for the individual.

I went to a consultation at another place that wasn't a good fit and it seemed like they were just pushing patients out the door. I wanted a second opinion and couldn't be happier to have found Aurora Lasik. They are extremely welcoming and personable making your patient experience incredible from start to end, following their motto to a T. There is little to no wait time ever, Dr. Triebold and Dr.Rudd are always ready for you, always happy to see you, and guides you through the process informing you of each step along the way and making you feel the utmost comfortable. I couldn't have had a better experience, especially with such a big life change for me. The procedure went just as expected, as I said they walk you through everything leaving no doubt in your mind and are right there to support you doing the healing process. I highly recommend Aurora LAISK for any eye care need that they are able to do, their facility is also always clean and very aesthetic.

This is an amazing place to have your LASIK done. The initial consultation was very informative. They answered all my questions and gave lots of information. The day of surgery I was nervous but they put me at ease. My vision is great and recovery is going well. I don’t regret anything at all and I’m so happy that I decided to do my surgery at Aurora LASIK.

Dr. Rudd and all staff members were very professional, polite, and very customer service oriented. They were very flexible with my schedule and the constant changing of dates due to my job. Highly recommend for any procedure.

I cannot say enough good things about Aurora Lasik. I've been terrified to get Lasik for YEARS but finally decided to take the plunge this year. From my first consult to my post-op appointments, I always felt extremely cared for and safe. All the staff members are so kind and truly cared about making you feel comfortable. I'm so glad I was able to interact with several different people. Dr. Rudd, Nicole, Chanteria, Krystle, Melissa, Emily... if I forgot anyone, my apologies. You all were amazing! I went from having HORRIBLE vision and astigmatism to being able to see 20/20 with 24 hours. THANK YOU!

I had a unique situation with my eyes and I am very pleased on how they turned out. The process was a lot easier than I imagined. They did a great job making me feel comfortable during the process. I’m a person that doesn’t do well with anything around my eyes and they found a way for me to feel relaxed and have a successful surgery. Thank you Dr. Rudd and your amazing staff! Professional and friendly staff (they were all great!) short wait times with snacks, beverages and toys in the waiting area. I loved that my family could watch my eye surgery while it was happening.
