Ladies at the desk were nice, sure, but the doctor didn't listen to a single thing my partner made their appointment for in the first place. Then was scheduled for a pap 3 months out, despite the point of going, was ovarian cysts. Not sure at ALL how that makes any sense. If this were to be life threatening, the doctor wouldn't loose sleep?

So they book an appointment. 50 minutes after appointment time still have not seen doctor. Maybe they should book out a little farther so you don’t have to wait so long. People really don’t like spending all day at a doctors office.

My son receives healthcare from ProviderOne and is in need of braces. I brought him in to be evaluated by the dental team here. We had to return two additional times because they did not submit the right x-rays for approval. The claim was denied after the second time, so I went back and talked to them, the dentist told me that he was very certain that he would qualify. That said, the request was denied, I took him to another provider kids dentistry in tumwater, and they handled it flawlessly, my sons braces were approved. What really lead me to giving a one star review is how the dental office person I spoke to handled me after the denial, I felt very pressured to pay for services here, so much so that I had to hang up on the woman. Frankly after the incompetent handling of the rest of the process I had no wish to use them.

My first time there and they give me the after visit summary with another patient name and DOB and the reason for visit and they didn't seem to care or be apologetic, HIPPA ?

My first time at that clinic it took almost two hours and to top it off the nurse gives me another patients after visit summary, neither nurse or Doctor apologized either there over worked or don't care.

Refused to provide depo shot 2 days in a row. For no good reason I was sent to a walk in clinic who doesn't provide depo shots unless I wait hours. It's not in the office so the nurse had to "go get" the medication, I assume from the clinic that sent me there. Ridiculous amount of time wasted jumping through hoops.
