Rudest, impolite and not patient centered provider I’ve ever had. She is arrogant and doesn’t listen to her patients. I’ve given her 2 years of my time and she continues to be the rudest doctor I’ve ever had. Not to mention the hippa laws she broke but I am sure her arrogant self will continue to get away with treating patients less than human.

I started seeing this provider in 2020, and at first I really liked her. However as time went on, I became very put off by some of her comments and/or there lack of. First issue was that they kept telling me I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD despite it being in my chart and having been diagnosed AT the Everett clinic. Second issue came when I asked her to consult with a radiologist (which providers do ALL the time). She refused because she was more worried about insurance, despite me telling her my work would pay for it. I haven’t felt listened to in the last 2-4 office visits I’ve had. And I have since moved onto a new PCP. I don’t recommend being seen by a physician who has too big of an ego to not consult with someone outside her speciality.

My visit with Joanne was not pleasant. I feel like she doesn’t care about my health concerns. I will no longer go to Everett Clinic for now on.

I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. T over the past 2 years I’ve been seeing her. She’s thorough and knowledgeable, but also practical. She doesn’t want to just throw a bunch of prescriptions at you to treat symptoms, she actually listens and approaches her diagnosis and treatment from a holistic perspective. I really appreciate that.

Dr. T is a really good doctor who actually listens to her patients. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and also practical. She doesn’t want to put you on a whole lot of medications for every symptom, but rather treats you in a holistic way that promotes better overall health. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with her for the 2 years I’ve been seeing her.

Doesn't care about the wellbeing of her patients. If you plan to visit this doctor and please be aware they have no empathy for your situation whatsoever. I called your patient experience team, they just blew me off.

It’s just plain disgusting how you take advantage of the LGBTQIA+ community. Taking our money for terrible health care. Find a new profession and stop ripping us off claiming to be gender affirming. Shame on you!

First, my only frustration is that TEC seems to toss her more patients than is reasonable, so scheduling is sometimes hard. Dr T does an incredible job of making me feel heard, and will spend the extra time explaining things and offering solutions to my problems. Never once have I felt rushed or like she didn't care. Her bedside manner is top notch.
