Worst walk in clinic EVER. Waited over 4 hours in a NON BUSY waiting room, we were originally the only people there for the doctor to do NOTHING. Waste of 4 hours. And you can't even call the clinic to talk to a manager because the phone just rings and rings and then hangs up on you. Save yourself time and go to the emergency room..

Thanks for moving an having nothing on your website. Way to go

Took my 3 year old in for a potential broken bone and was the 5th person in line. They've now called back at least 20 names and we are still waiting on the waiting room. Several people with flu symptoms are sitting here in the lobby while people walk I and are called back before me. I've seen walk in patients that came 20 minutes after me get called back, see the doctor, and leave, while my son and I (who's in excruciating pain) still sit in the waiting area. We would have been better off taking him to the ER in Everett This is THE WORST clinic. EVER.

I was asked to wait in the car for 4 hours with my 3-year-old son just because he had a fever, a common cold. The people at the front desk completely cold and bureaucratic attitudes. It was probably better if I allowed my son to stay at home and had a nap instead of waiting in the car for 4 hours

Unhelpful doctor, I explained everything and about a chronic cough that I’ve been dealing with for 4 years soon to be going on 5, they only suggested tums, an inhaler and/or not eating 2 hours before bed, yet with my work I sometimes don’t even get to eat through my 8+ hour shift cause it gets so busy and working alone Then proceeded to say come back in 4 months if no improvement, of course there’s not gonna be no improvement, without knowing what it is. I’ve been dealing with this for 4 full years already.

Went in Saturday to walk in clinic and saw Dr. Hall. He was fantastic & after testing for covid tested for the flu & bingo that was positive! Even with the flu shot. Gave me the perfect meds and am on the road to recovery. Called several pharmacies for me to find the antibiotics before I left the clinic. Husband was in 4 days before me and his doctor didn’t even test for the flu and he’s still coughing and hacking…he’s going back in tomorrow!

I waited months to see if there was an ounce of follow through with Jamila Mainor. I do not recommend her as any part of your health team. This was one of my first appointments trying to get back on track with my health after suffering a miscarriage. She is exactly the type of doctor that I dreaded finding, that she would make me not want to seek help. While explaining myself I ended up crying, obviously embarrassed, I tried to pull myself together. But it really got to the point that after a few minutes I had to ask her for a tissue because they were right behind her head. It was strange to me that someone in healthCARE clearly didn't care. She supposedly sent out a referral that then was noted as, "waiting on patient." When I went to a new clinic they mentioned never having seen that note on charts and were unsure of what it meant. I would have preferred she simply not take me on as a patient than to be treated that way. It was not a pleasant experience. Even in her email regarding lab results she referred to me as, "she" and "your." Impersonal, unprofessional, no follow up, and uncomfortable. Don't do it.

The woman at check in made me wait in my car for my appointment. Apparently being in severe pain is a reason for me to be forced outside. Absolutely the worst service all around

Their name should be non urgent care. Cus the waiting is horrible. You could be waiting for over an hour.

I had to wait in a car longer than 3 hours in their walk-in on Wednesday morning. The sitting and walkig during this wait time especially in my 36-week pregnancy was very brutal. Go to a different urgent care or walk-in facility if you/your child need to be seen faster, or call in first to check their wait time before start heading here.
