List of The Everett Clinic's Reviews
My 6 month old has been battling a fever so as any good parent should we took her to the walk in clinic to be seen by a doctor. Not only did they make us go wait out in the car, they told us we would not be able to enter the building through the main entrance but instead would have to walk around to the back of the building and enter through the back door. And to quote the nurse " your going to have to walk through the rain" Wow walk through the rain with a 6 month old who is already running a fever. what a tremendous lack of compassion and lack of common sense.
I was referred here for an iron transfusion due to my clinic not having nurses available at the time. My doctor wanted this done asap. Their physician and nurse took my health in their own hands, lied to me and declined the transfusion. Told me my insurance wasn't going to cover it and that would be absolutely expensive for me. As well as informing me that they felt my doctor was wrong about my Ferritin levels being low enough for a transfusion. They need to update their lack of knowledge of Ferritin levels. Very concerning! Not to mention they need some type of reprimand and/or change in their practice. I am not their patient, they don't understand the full background and therefor it's not their right to make any decision on my health needs.I contacted my insurance. I met my deductible and the iron transfusion is 100% covered!!!I am appalled that they skimmed my record and made their assumption accordingly. Still not knowing all the facts nor 'once again' are they my doctor. Plain and simple, they should have followed through with my doctor's order. Not sure why they felt compelled to take it on themselves and over rule my doctor's orders. Definitely this looks to be stepping over boundaries. And they didn't even check to see if my insurance would cover it.
I have given this clinic several chances. Some of the staff have been extremely rude. The clinic is unorganized. They will cancel or move your appointment without notification. If you show up early then you are stuck waiting for over an hour. If you show up 5 minutes late they will not see you. Will definitely not be coming back. They have had their last chance with me. Would not recommend, save your time and go somewhere else.
I have been loyal to this clinic for a long time.. I called to make schedule an appt for my check up with a new doctor Dr Maikha Jean-Baptiste which is accept new patients two months ago. Approached a week of my appt, they called me that my doctor does not accept me as a new patient this time. I got a very upset & asked for rescheduling an appt with a different doctor unfortunately my appt with a new doctor is available for another two months!! What a waste of time. I am not very happy with this clinic as they are not well-organized & back up for patients who needs to see doctors. I am still searching for different clinic.
I went in for an annual checkup, (as most women do) and a cancer screening and my doctor didn’t do either of them right. She failed to perform my physical and removed the wrong mole for screening. Do not go to doctor t
Lack of communication and issues with billing! The fact that they dropped someone over $10.23 and sent a unprofessional and very rude letter saying "go find a doctor in the yellow pages" is insane!!! You guys are doing an amazing job at losing patients and honestly I thought you guys were a joke and just pushed patients through without actually listening or looking into the patients issues!!!! Run run far away from The Everett Clinic!
STAY AWAY! I'm new to the community and saw the poor reviews, but since it's so close I decided to give this clinic a try. Terrible mistake! What everyone says about hidden fees and overcharging is completely accurate. I had an annual checkup that my insurance covers 100%. As the nurse was taking my vitals, I told her I only wanted to discuss what was covered under my insurance 100% (being cautious since I had read the bad reviews). When the doctor finally showed up (after waiting almost 45min in the office room), she asked how I was doing and I said fine and mentioned a minor issue since giving birth 6 months ago. No treatment was given, it was just a brief conversation, and they charged me an extra office visit for that! No communication PRIOR to service like a quick 'hey that is a concern that wont be covered under this annual checkup' to then let me decide if it was worth the additional charge. But nope, they just tacked it on without saying anything. The worst part is that I didn't even get any treatment or resolution for my minor health concern. Additionally, the customer service team basically just blew me off saying there's nothing they can do. Stating they have an 'expert coder' who input this to insurance- What total BS! This clinic doesn't care about it's patients and only wants to extort them. It's worth the drive to go somewhere else. This is sad because I do really like my kids' pediatrician but we will be looking for care elsewhere. I can't work with a clinic that is deceptive, untrustworthy and clearly doesn't care about it's patients. I'd extremely disappointed with this experience. I'd strongly recommend not going here.
Will send you away if there's an insurance complication. Asking to pay out of pocket got nowhere. Many other amazing places to go for empathic, intelligent, and courteous care; instead of buying into the worst practices of an insurance-led industry. Recommend Evergreen Health, applying leeches, or a witch doctor.
The Everett Clinic is full of good and bad doctors. There truly are Greta doctors and PTs there. But the clinic as a whole has many, scary and negligent problems. I have to assume they have amazing malpractice insurance. One doctor, Dr Kang, a podiatrist, sent me get a scan that uses a dye I cannot have due to life threatening allergy. I told him, he said I will be fine. I went to get it and radiology said absolutely no. I had to take a cocktail of meds before having the dye given. He also told me there is normal protocols the clinic has and he should have known. Well, Dr Kang prescribed prednisone. 3 times the highest dose. It was one of the worst nights of my life. I arrive the next day to be told he gave me the wrong meds. The two departments are right next to each other. This lack of communication could have severely hurt me. I refused to do the test u til he called me and apologized. Nothing. Patient advocates are a joke as well. They do nothing. Dr Kang should not have a license for that degree of negligence. It could be the way the clinic operates as well, which is just as concerning. The other issue with whoever reads and interprets the xray and mri. I had an outside specialist refer me for xrays. I was given the disk and I, a laymen, could see the problems. Clear as day. The results came back from TEC and they said all normal. For someone who is supposed to be educated and knowledgeable, this is near criminal. And of course no correction will be made and no apologies. Of course doctors and techs are never wrong. My lesson is, never trust the impressions given on my chart. Always have an actual doctor look at the pictures and demand they go over them with you. I now, can never trust anything they say and wonder how much they have missed.Just be careful with The Everett Clinic. Convenience comes at a price
Conditions good. Doctprscand staff very reputable. Kind staff. They care about your your sick babies.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
