I have been going to Dr. Smith for at least 2 years and he has always been very courteous. I am a diabetic and depend on Dr. Smith's careful watch on my feet as I age and my feet are changing. He has given me advice on the type of shoe I need to be wearing and information of local stores that carry what I need. I feel like I am walking on a cloud after he works on my feet.

He's great! Honest answer when I asked questions. He's gentle of giving me a shot to ease the pain I'm having on my heel. I will go back if needed but hope not.

What a excellent Doctor, he explained what he was doing and why. My husband thinks Dr. Gavin Smith is the best Podiatrist he has ever seen work. And Doctor Smith is a nice person, it was a pleasant surprise. I would and have recommended Proliance Surgeons to family and friends. They are all superior Doctors and the staff are awesome.

Dr Smith was running over an hour late on the day of my first visit. He did a great job even though I know he was under some stress from running late. I felt like the quality of care wasn’t affected in any way because he was behind. He took ample time to ask questions and examine my feet.
