Does not work well with front desk staff & nurses to be on the same page about treatment. Has no contingency plans for negative test results, and how this could potentially affect patient. Felt rushed and unheard. Nurse wanted to tell me my test results over the phone but would not send me my test results via secure email or put in the test results in an envelope for me to pick up. All they did was collect my money and provided half or none of the services that I paid for. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Dr. Smith was awesome! I really enjoyed working with him and his staff and they took really good care of me over the 4 months I spent at Puget Sound Orthopedic. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Smith to anyone with foot, ankle, lower leg issues. I had a pretty bad tib-fib break and he got me back on my feet a lot quicker than I anticipated and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. And I can’t forget Shaniqua, she’s one of the front desk gals and always made me feel welcomed! 11/10 would recommend PSO.
