Great experience overall, with Dr. Arroyo. He is the best Orthopedic specialist I’ve met with. He preformed surgery on my shoulder, no issues or concerns afterwards, I would recommend to friends and family.

Initial indications were that my right shoulder needed a biceps tenodesis and a rotator cuff repair on both shoulders. When surgery time came, the biceps surgery was NOT needed any longer, but was done anyway and NO repair of the cuff was done. Then the left shoulder surgery was done, which had NO biceps problem, BUT Arroyo apparently it was too early and he FORGOT which surgery he was to do and DID ANOTHER BICEPS TENODESIS WHEN THERE WAS NO REASON FOR DOING IT AND DID NOTHING FOR THE ROTATOR CUFF (AGAIN), WHICH WAS THE REASON FOR MY LEFT SHOULDER PAIN.

Excellent, Dr. Arroyo always tends to the patient with competence and professionalism. He knows his stuff and explains it to the patient in terms that are understandable. His staff is excellent.
