They are now A different name. The wonderful customer service that existed prior did not transfer forward. They have rescheduled me twice their insurance clerk cannot figure out what shes doing. Furthermore  she has the personality of a gnat and should not be in customer service at all.

I was very disappointed they would not perform my 3 schedule MRIs because I refused to wear a mask.

The entire staff is fun and amazing.  From the time you walk in you feel very welcome.

WOW I love CDI the staff are friendly efficient and professional. Thank you Amanda for jumping through hoops with insurance and fitting me in. Lindsay and Dr Pollei made the procedure as comfortable as they possibly could. Dr Pollei is the best in the country for spinal injections and I can see why. The CT and MRI technologist at the Lakewood center are by far and above the nicest most efficient and caring technologists I have ever had the experience with. I cannot thank them enough for putting me at ease and taking very good care of me while I was in the center. I was nervous and they both calmed me and made me feel very comfortable. If you need a CAT scan or an MRI I cannot think of two people better qualified and pleasant to work with than these couple of professionals.

When I scheduled an appointment for my niece I was very impressed by the scheduler John. He was very pleasant and efficient and answered all my questions confidently. Thanks for the excellent service John

I had a Cortisone injection on my hip with Dr Durkee and could not have been more pleased. He and his nurse Amelia were very kind patient and made me comfortable the whole time.  Dr Durkee was very good at explaining what he was doing and before I knew it the procedure was over. Highly recommend

Had a scheduled MRI exam at this place showed up and they claimed I was not even scheduled. This is bad since I had referred them several clients.

HiI just read the review where the patient got an infection and got no response from the physician who performed the procedure. The bad review I read was from 11 months ago and my injections were from over 2 years ago.I dont know what could have changed but I can attest that proper sterile procedure was used all 4 times I had the procedure at CDI.My neck is an anatomical mess and the physicians performing the procedures didnt have an updated MRI to work from. Once my procedure did cause some immediate pain in the opposite side from the targeted location. The physician immediately wrote a script for pain meds AND called the next day to see how I was doing.I hold no bad thoughts about the competence at CDI. My case is severe and I moved to a pain management clinic. After they reviewed an updated MRI and could see the diffuse problem areas in my neck they give me conscious sedation for my procedures. That is not necessary for most patients and is MUCH MORE expensive.As to the schedulers and billing people they were great.I hope this helps someone worried about a referral at this facility.
