Dr. Ghidella explained the surgery, exactly what he would do, and the reason he believed it would bring the best result. He also clearly answered every question I asked.

Sat in my room for over 25 minutes past my appt time until he actually came in. Just seemed super short and almost annoyed when I was explaining what was going on. I have pain in more than 1 place on my wrist and during our first appointment when I was trying to explain that he cut me off and just said "point to just 1 area where you are in pain". When it came to selecting a treatment method/plan, I was never actually told what was wrong, just that there were options for treatment and I could pick one. I asked for recommendations on which would be my best option and he just kept saying it was up to me... I went there for answers and I just never got a clear one. I'm sure he is great but we just had horrible rapport from the minute I got there. Decided to just live with the daily pain instead of having to deal with more doctors who don't get me clear answers or reasoning.

Probably the best Ortho surgeon I have ever had. He is skilled, a good listener, a motivator and remembers me. Doesn’t have it look at a chart to know who I am

Dr. Ghidella was professional, personable, informative, and reassuring.

Very impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff, the X-ray Technician, the nurse, Dr. Anderson and Dr. Ghidella. Also, very impressed with the efficiency of this very smooth running organization.

I think he was professional and did a nice job explaining my condition and the steps needed to care for it. However, I was very disturbed by the lack of safety protocols regarding the current pandemic. He wore his mask around his chin the entire visit, even when he was closely examining my elbow. I did not see him wash his hands before the exam and shook my hand at the beginning and end of the visit. While I realize he may be vaccinated, the patients may not. And I think as a medical professional, he should be more courteous of the safety of other.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and listens well. He and his staff are very helpful and friendly

Dr. Ghidella did surgery on my right hand 6 +/- yrs. ago. With dr's counsel and skill plus his favorite PT guy my dominant hand was returned to full form and function. I am eternally grateful for that. My right hand is now showing the possible return of the same issue, as dr. had cautioned. At a recent visit to evaluate my hand he discovered an issue not related to the previous condition. I must say while that is distressing it also tells me turning to his care is the correct decision.

Dr Ghidella was very knowledgeable about the problem for which I was seeing him. He provided an understandable explanation of my condition and how to monitor it. However, he did not follow CDC covid precautions. He entered with his mask down and then shook my hand while introducing himself to me. He was not six feet away during the exam, talking unmasked. He again shook my hand upon leaving. I left wishing I had been more assertive about masking and social distancing.

Last minute appt. Got us in right away and gave me the info I needed to make a decision. Great service!!
