Dr Coray is a wonderful and caring orthopedic doctor. He got me into surgery when it seemed like it would be impossible- December 30 during COVID-19 and a huge snow storm. I feel he truly cared about how much pain I was experiencing. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. He clearly explained my injury and treatment and was very patient in answering my questions and giving me the time I needed. He is one of the very best medical professionals that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Dr Coray.

Dr. Coray was great! I needed attention for liquid on my knee and he took care of it right then and there. I’m doing much better thanks to him.

Dr Coray listens well, and it is apparent he cares about his patients health and welfare. He gives insightful, valuable medical advice relevant to the patient, based on his knowledge of the patient. He’s not quick to do surgery. I know it’s not 100% given that the outcome of surgery will be positive, but i know many friends, family and myself that have had surgery on their knees, shoulders, etc and the outcome was favorable; much improved. sometimes it takes time, but the aches are made better by his work. He truly epitomizes what i see as a model orthopaedic surgeon. I’ve worked 45 years in a physically demanding professions. Without his help I would have retired long ago.

Dr Coray did a knee repair for me in 2016 and when I started having issues from falling on a hike I called for him to take a look. He is straightforward and tells it like it is. He is the best!

First appointment with Dr. Coray for a second opinion regarding a knee injury. The medical assistant had reviewed my chart prior to my appointment and added notes as we went over it. Dr. Coray is down to earth and addressed all my questions/concerns in an easy-going manner. I did not at all feel like I was being rushed through my appointment. He is my new ortho doctor!

I had my second complete knee replacement on April 21, 2021. Everything went good, except I develope a hematoma in the incision. Which was very painful. 3 weeks later Dr Corey had to flush it out and stitch up the opening. With just novacaine. Then 5 days later went back to is office to check. But he wasn't pleased with it and it was still draining out the 3 stitches he put in. So scheduled me for re-surgery the next day at hospital. They put in a wound vac for 3 days. And had me on an aggressive antibiotics. He said it was staff in the incision. Not in the joint replacement itself. Which I considering everything I had been through I was really glad for that. I was released 7 days later from hospital with a pic line and those same aggressive antibiotics for 3 weeks. Then I went on oral antibiotics for another month.It was very painful before Dr Corey kept a diligent eye on it and now 6 months later my knee is all healed and now I am finally able to return to work.His entire staff at Puget Sound Orthopedics are awesome. Very caring and are there for you if you need them. I would highly recommend Dr Spencer Corey to anyone to get there surgeries done thru his office.
