I was referred to her by my family doctor for a biopsy. She almost made an unpleasant experience fun. But not quite. She did make me laugh though, and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. If I ever need another unpleasant procedure I would not hesitate to schedule with her.

Dear lord this woman is an absolute nightmare. I’ve never been quite so stunned by a care provider. I was booked and scheduled for a D&C after losing a pregnancy. I went to her because that’s who their clinic could book me with. I was given no option for an in office procedure; lesser anesthesia; anything. She was absolutely set on a 8k plus procedure in a surgical center. She lied to me and said an in office procedure would be more expensive and more trouble. I confirmed this with her office. She pressured me to have it at the surgical center. I asked why there wasn’t a less expensive option. She got angry with me, left the exam room, came back with her business manager and REFUSED TO DO MY PROCEDURE. My D&C of a wanted pregnancy that had perished. I hysterically begged her to do it, she made up excuse after excuse why she wouldn’t feel comfortable working with me. She was intent on making as much money off me as she could. She was happy to pull my desperately needed care because HOW DARE I QUESTION HER. And she assuaged herself of her hippocratic responsibility to help and do no harm. She left my husband and I hysterical.... in the midst of a pregnancy loss. I cannot discourage you strongly enough from this woman. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with pregnant women, she has no empathy.

It took me a while to over come the trauma I had dealing with Dr. Russo as my delivery Ob when I had my first baby. She was very abrasive and works on her agenda of what works for her. If you have an opposing view or question her decision, she will tell you your insurance won't cover your delivery because you went against her. I feel that she is the reason I had a c-section. She had me so high on pitocin that my contractions never went down during labor. Therefore making labor move faster than it would naturally. Everyone that I know that has her ends up with a c-section. Unless you want one, stay clear of Russo!

Dr. Russo is delightful! She's attentive, she's kind, she knows her stuff, and she's efficient--yet she will take the time to answer questions that come up and will reassure any anxieties that come up. She's delightful.

I wish there were 5 stars for Dr. Russo! I also wish she could be my primary care Doc. She really shows concern for my well-being. She knows her stuff and explains it to me in a way that totally makes sense. Super sweet, funny, and just all around totally awesome.

Dr. Russo is professional, she knows her stuff. I also like her sense of humor. I was happy when they replaced my old OB doctor with her.

Dr. Russo is kind, funny and mde me feel really comfortable.
