Got my brother into detox. On day 7 they DC'd him to the street when three inpatient facilities had beds.
So hard to fine unless you go to Vancouver first and they give you the private address
I had a assessment here and the entire experience felt like I was stuck in a time loop. Same questions on repeat for three hours. The employees are nice but their system is flawed.
My daughter went in to detox from alcohol. She was discharged a day and a half later. Went to rehab and got extremely sick. Was not done detoxing. A day and a half is not long enough!! Extremely lucky she is ok.
I went here the other night and had great help from wonderful people . I had to revisit my past to find myself, where I was left alone as a child. A kind blonde woman who helped admit me was very nice and I guess I just needed someone to talk to that that would listen and show real human emotion , as it seems everyone else would get mad at me every time I tried. It helped more than words can describe. Thank you all very much.
They have been so amazing with my son and with my care as well.
I have a friend who had to be admitted for counseling for anxiety and depression, and I am helping her manage her prescriptions. While the counselors and nurses are professional and helpful, we have experienced nightmare difficulty with trying to get her prescriptions refilled. What got me to write this review is our latest experience. On December 16 2021, I was told by Mindi Hiatt that she could not discuss my friend's prescriptions because there wasn't an authorization form. On December 17, I emailed her the completed form AND dropped off the paper copy with their reception desk. On Dec 31 2021, we called in a prescription refill to Walmart. On Jan 2, Walmart had not heard back from the doctor, so I started calling Mindi daily. On Jan 5, Mindi finally returned my call - after I said I would show up there to resolve the delay - and said she couldn't talk to me because she "didn't have the form". I pointed out that I had both emailed the form and gave them the paper copy. I admit I yelled over her on the phone, due to the frustration we had, and hung up on her. I did not call her any names. Mindi then called the patient and said they would no longer deal with me, and that - though they had the form, "it hasn't been scanned in" to their system. (That is not our problem, and is not a reason to fail to comply with the authorization.) She then informed the patient that they would not be authorizing a refill on her heart medication. (This is blatant retaliation.) I will also be reporting this clinic to the State and Federal authorities for violating the Patient Rights, as well as withholding medication in retaliation for complaint.
I absolutely love my Guidence counselor 😃. and I have NOT had to explain myself to her about any of of my problems ! and I don't want any 1 else ! cause I have to always start from the beginning every time I get a NEW ONE . YOU ROCK !
not worth a star but won't let me choose less.
columbia wellness is a joke. they don't care about peoples care all they care about is getting money. They do not return phone calls, they bill your insurance wrong and charge people outrageous amounts. They do not give the care that people need and then argue with the parents of the patient that they are getting the care. This company is a huge scam. It is a huge waste of time. Unfortunately our insurance company does not allow us to go to another company. Which is a huge shame. If I had a choice I would never go there again but my child needs some care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
