It took over a month to get in, then I had to wait over an hour to see her, and when I finally met her she actually yelled at me rather than listen to what I was there for. She jumped to conclusions all over the place, talked over me, and diagnosed me with completely unrelated things that I don't have - all the while ignoring me about getting a refill from my old doctor which was why I was there in the first place. She was awful!

I specifically went into office to be seen for a specific follow-up appointment. She decided that we needed to focus on other issues. Totally ignored the reason/issues I was there for to begin with. When I left this appointment I felt totally disrespected. degraded and ignored as a patient. A waste of my time. Will not ever return.

Dr. Conway is a very good physician - she is willing to take the time to make sure her patients receive the care they need; she actually listens to what they have to say, keeps excellent records of your care, and also is careful about the details on all of this. Dr. Conway haw my confidence - I would not hesitate to recommend her as a primary care physician.

She was terrible at listening to me. My symptome had nothing to do with anxiety, yet she insisted all I needed was anxiety medications. I could have died had I not gone to the hospital. I was down to 4.5 pints of blood in my body, i was extremely sick and lethargic. The doctors at the hospital were shocked that I was able to even walk in there unassisted. I had to have blood transfusions while in the hospital. But Conway insisted it was just anxiety and refused to listen to my husband and I.

She will spend time with you when you make an appointment but is often late due to doing paperwork and "other" things,. She is slow at returning phone calls and getting paper work done to appropreate other doctors and insurance companies...

She doesn't value the opinion of other doctors over her own. Did not read my chart prior to visit. Treated me with little respect.
