Please dont go here , there service is terrible and worthless, all they do is want your money , such as a big rip off place , they are trying to sale you stuff over the counter that you dont need it

Willamette Dental wants my opinion so bad, so here is two stars. I've already talked to you guys a year ago about your constant automatic messaging, but after that discussion and even opting out twice you guys still spam up my phone with texts/calls for surveys, to the point I had to block you. You guys seem to have issues with technology because you also claim your 'computer system' doesn't allow you to take appointments more than 2 months out. Your patients don't view these quirks as 'features' but instead as 'problems'. With all that said, I've never had any issues with your dentists/assistants, but your front end is barrier to your own business.

They are over charge , dont go there, they are trying to sold you stuff, that you dont need to , bad and worse place to go

When I set up my appointment I had to wait a little bit, I asked them if they had a call list or cancellations and yes a cancellation came in relatively fast so I got my appointment pretty quick I was very happy about that. The extra mile. When I went into the office and had my visit I thought that the staff was very professional and they were very nice people. The approach this office takes to your dental health is to minimize the work so you don't walk out with a mouthful of caps and root canals. I believe they do that only what is necessary, in other words they're not trying to sell high price services to you, instead they start out with a practical approach which also means a whole lot less time underneath the drill, and they are honest in the assessment of work needed. was very happy when I walked out knowing that I'm going back in for a few fillings rather than a few root canals and caps. I also purchased some products that they had prescribed to me for keeping up my dental health, The price was very reasonable they also offered to send the prescription out to my own pharmacy which was very decent of them. I have to say I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, in fact I was very happy the whole visit because they're very nice people to be around and they seem to know what they're doing. I would highly recommend this dental service to anyone. Also I asked them about emergency appointments and they did point out that they do hold a couple of appointments per day for people in more urgent situations, that also made me feel comfortable knowing that if I ever ended up with a toothache that they do reserve time for emergency run-ins, I don't think you can just get these appointments because you're in a hurry it's more of the type of thing that if you're in pain. I look forward to my next visit, to continue the little bit of work that I need. Thanks a bunch Jerry Broyles

Great place to go, nice people, everyone. I feared the dentist but they were gentle and most importantly they seemed very honest in their assessment of the work needed, did I mention they are nice people to be around, very important when you are at the mercy of the drill. Also, I asked them to call me with a sooner appointment and they added me to the callback list and yes they did call me up with a cancelation appointment. Also, I was sold some preventive products at their office, I felt the price they charged was very fair, and they also gave me the choice of going to my own pharmacy which was very decent of them. At the end of the appointment, I felt very comfortable leaving the office and confident my concerns would be met in any future appointments I may need. Overall I would highly recommend their professional Services to anyone in need.

Very dissatisfied with the level of care I recieved at Willamette Dental. I came to them as a new patient with periodontal disease. My previous dentist helped me do a great job of keeping my teeth and gums in great shape. So Willamette cleaned my teeth and said everything looks great. When I went to schedule my next cleaning, it was reccomended that I don't get my teeth cleaned again for over 1 YEAR! I told them why would you wait 1 year to clean my teeth especially knowing I have periodontal disease? I was told that was the reccomendation. I finally had enough and scheduled a cleaning somewhere else. Unfortunately they also couldn't see me for almost a year because I was new patient. When I finally got my teeth cleaned I was told I have had significant BONE LOSS. Comparing my x rays to before and after Willamette! My new dentist was shocked and they are absolutely responsible for neglecting my teeth. They literally do the bare minimum and actually caused more harm by bieng neglectful. 100% would not reccomend. Words cannot express how upset I am about this.
