Nichole Martin's Online Review Report Card

Awesome staff and hygienists.  Was embarrassed about not being to the dentist in 2 years, and they made me feel at home.  Unfortunately my two molars have some issues but Dr. Martin was direct and caring in her assessment.  I felt very comfortable with her and like the fact that she referred me for a second opinion.  Not looking forward to what awaits me, but have a good feeling that Dr. Martin will get me though it.

Dr. Martin and her team are amazing. The quality of care they take is incomparable, and her dental assistants make getting dental work a lot easier for someone who hates seeing the dentist.

I avoided going to the dentist for about 8 years. I finally caved and went when a chipped tooth that was causing extreme pain. They quickly got me in for an appointment, and referred me to a nearby surgeon to have two teeth pulled. I was an anxious mess, but their referred doctor was incredible and it was a very easy experience courtesy of anesthesia. I then had to go through a deep cleaning with Mary, which involved 5 shots in my gums essentially the main reason I avoid dentists because I hate being numbed and I hate needles. Mary was incredible, explaining when shed do something and providing music to help distract me. Another gal came in to assist during the shots and helped provide some calm too. Overall a great experience, and I could really tell a difference with my teeth after. Best part, they dont judge. I told them I dont want to know, just tell me what to do, and theyve been great about following that. Highly recommend them for anyone who is nervous about the dentist.

I always have a positive experience at Dr Martins office.  The staff is great and Dr Martin is outstanding.  I used to dread dental appointments but not anymore.  I still dont love going to the dentist but Dr Martin and her staff make it as pleasant as possible.

From the front desk to the dental chair it doesnt get any better than Nichole Martin and everyone at Heavenly Smiles. The spaces are open, bright, and have window views. Everything looks new and they keep it spotless. Youll be happy with the warm and professional staff. Couldnt ask for anything more. If this sounds overthetop, check it out for yourself because I drive my mother there!

The best people work here. The entire staff does a fantastic job. I believe it is  because they really do like their jobs and  care about their patients . I always find my visits to be a very positive experience. Thanks to the exceptional attitude of the entire  team.

Just had yet another awesome office visit with my favorite dentist, Dr. Nichole Martin. Not only is Dr. Martin a talented dentist, shes also super friendly, gentle and smart. I always know Im in very good hands when I might not get such good news like needing a cavity filled or a root canal. I certainly wouldnt trust my pearly whites with anyone other than Dr. Martin and her amazing staff.Bonus points for a great location, plenty of parking, beautiful office, uber comfy chairs in the treatment rooms and the super friendly front desk staff. I used to hate going to the dentist, so much that I took a ten year hiatus from going to one. As soon as I moved to Seattle last year and found Dr. Martin,  I never miss a cleaning. In fact, I look forward to them now.

Worst dental experience that I have ever had. Beautiful office, but I think that they are still trying to pay for it and other equipment by overcharging and unnecessary procedures. Will never go back and wouldnt refer anyone to ever go there. Im sure Dr Martin has a heavenly smile all of the way to the bank.

I dont do reviews. I signed up on Yelp so I could do this one. I have very sensitive teeth and have avoided dentists for the past 10 years on account of too many brutal cleanings, being misdirected and overcharged in the past by previous dentists.  My best friend recommended Heavenly Smiles as she has been a patient there for a long time. I am a new patient of Dr. Martins  but have had a full cleaning and a crown (long overdue, because of my avoidance). The cleaning was absolutely the most comfortable experience Ive ever had in my life.  Everyone you talk with from the very sweet front office staff to hygenists, assistants, etc. are so helpful and take the time to educate you and inform you of what they are doing.  They make sure you are as comfortable as possible which I appreciate.  From blankets, neck pillows, explanations to all my questions and checking in with me to make sure Im doing fine throughout.  Im so relieved and delighted to have such a great dental team now.  The care is thorough, professional, and patient centered, if you know what I mean.   Her prices are very fair.Dr. Martin and her staff are absolute professionals.  They are also really nice human beings!!   I highly recommend them and  I guess I need to take my friend to lunch! ;)

This dental office and dentist are great, easy to get appointments, not long wait times,and no cancellations unless notified in a timely manner.  Staff is friendly and knowledgable and genuinely concerned about your dental health.  If referrals areindicated you are refered to other top notch dental specialists.  Beautiful spa like clinic,with a great manager.  Enjoy these people alot!
