Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Samuel Boynton's Reviews
He treated me nicely and did a good job at explaining the procedure. Very professional.
I went to a hospital for a test called a Cisternogram where a lumbar puncture is done and dye is inserted into the spinal fluid and then additional scans are done to monitor how the spinal fluid is circulating. I had never had one done before and I was assigned Dr Boynton. The procedure was so painful that I thought I was going to vomit, in fact they had to put cold towels on me because I was sweating so much. He finished the procedure and said that he wanted me to have a CT scan because he got some blood, I believe he meant in the syringe, and he might have nicked a vessel. I then found out the test failed and I would have to reschedule and have the procedure done again. I chose to go to a different hospital and have a different doctor do it. I was amazed when this other doctor did the same procedure and it was painless and it was successful and I didn’t need two follow up CT scans because of the blood issue. I will never go back to Dr Boynton. These tests do fail, I understand that but why the lumbar puncture was so painful with him, I have no idea.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
