List of Seroussi Richard's Reviews
I have been a patient of Seattle Spine and Sports Medicine for a couple years regarding a Automobile accident I have been in the care of doctor Seroussi. He is a fantastic doctor If it wasn't for him I might not be getting out of bed I am sure glad I found this place I recommend it to Everybody needing Relief of body pain From injury
If ever you need honest, compassionate, and thorough care this is your guy! Dr.Seroussi is a very great doctor and I would recommend him and his office to anyone who has a back or neck injury!
very knowledgeable and direct aggressive treatment
He started out nice...but ended up being very unhelpful and rude.
The best so far
I had what I thought was a sprain but it was much more complicated. I consulted my local hand doc and he did not instill my confidence. Since I had heard about Dr Seroussi and was going to be in Seattle, I scheduled with him. He was thorough, astute and caring and has referred me to his colleague that specializes in wrist care. Now I feel confident that this seemingly simple but apparently complicated problem is in the right hands. I also took my daughter to see Dr Seroussi for a knee problem and he was great. I highly recommend him! Good sense of humor too.
I was a little skeptical at first as I have seen many doctors in my past that seem overly confident then can't seem to fugue out what the problem is. This time I had a work related injury and problems with L and I approving my claim. I was referred to dr. seroussi by my Dr. The first few visits were basic, just trying to find what was causing my pain and trying to get my claim open. This was a tricky one because I had all the symptoms of tos but a negative emg. Dr. seroussi was very confident that he would be able to get my claim open and get me the treatment I desperately needed. Yes he seems cocky, but that's only because he knows what he's talking about! By my third visit my claim was open and he asked if I was comfortable with having a scalene block that day. I said yes and it was done quickly and painlessly. I have been pain free for 1 hour now, which may not seem like a long time but when you have been in excruciating pain for 8 months an hour of relief is amazing! If you have a tricky L and I claim or just pain that no one seems to be able to help you with get yourself a referral to dr seroussi asap!
Let's just say I would refer Dr Seroussi and his staff to anyone who needs his medical specialty!I was in a car accident 2 years ago, and was referred to Seroussi 4-5 months after that. I initially couldn't sleep or sit comfortably (needed for my office job) and was just in constant pain. I couldn't imagine the future ahead! When you're miserable and having to seek medical help from various medical professionals, it becomes a chore. It made my life so much nicer and easier when I visit Dr Seroussi's. He has a friendly and welcoming staff and Dr Seroussi himself put me at ease immediately. He's easy to talk to, sympathetic, patient, takes his time with me and is interested in improving my health so I don't have to seek his medical services for the rest of my life...this is a good thing! Don't get me wrong. We tried several treatment options before we found what worked for me. I had to and am working hard to get myself better. I'm seeing consistent improving. And it helps when you find a doctor who you could work with and who treats you and your pains as urgently and as importantly as you would like them to be treated. I'm so thankful I referred to Dr Seroussi. The future is looking brighter and I'm 'living' comfortably again. Thank you Dr Seroussi!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Seroussi since 2006 through a very difficult medical journey after injuries incurred in an automobile accident. He has had great follow-through and interest in my case. When complications arose he listened to my symtoms and worked very caringly with me to find answers and proper treatment. I have found everyone in his practice to be kind and professional. Truly I don't know what I would have done over the last four years without Dr. Seroussi's care and guidance in getting to the best care for my situation.
I had pain shooting from my back, around into my arm and into my hand. It felt like someone was stabbing me in the back with an ice pick. At my regular doctor's office, the response was to "wait it out." The orthopedist I saw sent me to physical therapy. The physical therapist spent ten minutes with me and said "go see Richard Seroussi, right now."I checked around. I happen to have a lot of doctors as friends. They checked around. Universally, the response we recieved was that Dr. Seroussi was in the top echelon of spine doctors in the Puget Sound region. So I went to see him.Look, he's a great guy. He diagnosed me with a "probable" herniated disk and put me on a Prednisone taper. He provided trigger point injections. He prescribed pain medication. All of a sudden, I was out of pain. He sent me to physical therapy with specific instructions on what to do. He made sure the physical therapist I was seeing was one of the ones he trusted. (She was.) As he said, "there's physical therapy and then there's physical therapy." He made sure I was getting the best.On the first visit he put me at ease and had me laughing. He does this thing with his computer and his voice recognition software which is entertaining to watch. Apparently, it's more efficient. He's a funny guy. And while he is putting you at ease he is practicing the best spine medicine in the city.I never got back into pain, and have been out of pain now for three years. I'm fine. I have had him see my son for various injuries and have referred four or five others to him. Universally these people have thanked me for the referral and have said nothing but wonderful things about the care they recieved and their personal feelings about Dr. Seroussi. In the years since he treated me, I have spoken to other doctors about Dr. Seroussi. He has just come up in conversation. Other doctors hold him in extremely high regard. Several have expressed to me that they consider him one of the best spine doctors around, and contact him for advise. I am told he is generous with his time. He's just a good guy and a very, very good doctor. I read the grumpy comments at the bottom of this list. I guess you can't please everyone. To me, a few of the comments seem to have some sort of agenda, but whatever. It's impressive to me and in keeping with the quality of people at the clinic that the clinic has asked for more details so they can address the particular situation.I would hate to see a few unhappy people keep anyone from seeing one of those gifted few people who can really help, who really cares about helping, and who can do their job at an incredibly high level while keeping their feet and their sense of humor firmly rooted in the ground. He's a good guy and a good doctor. That's my experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
