Word of advice. If you have a concern about condition and doctors tells you it’s no big deal, ask that doctor to document that. My doctor(s) refused to do further treatments, because it was “not necessary” in their opinion. Ended up in emergency room 3 day after. Even after that, they also refused to do more testing. Here what my doctor asked me. “If you tell me reason why you need this, I will give you referral”I am not a doctor, but I know when something is wrong.Stay away from this factory of no preventative care. It’s not in their interest. They are clinic and insurance under one roof. It’s not profitable for them to refer you and deal with your condition. They rather you make constant appointments and collect copayments.Worst care. STAY AWAY!

I am new to the clinic and visited this morning for lab work and immunizations, bringing the appropriate paperwork.  I was greeted at the door for COVID screening which was quick and efficient.  I went to the registration desk and the woman at the counter was friendly and professional. I went to the injection/vaccine area and was quickly helped by a friendly and professional LPN.  She offered me choices and gave me instructions in post vaccine care, as well as reminded me of recommendations for care due in my record. I went to the lab and was helped by a friendly and very competent phlebotomist. It was a very pleasant and efficient visit overall, and I am puzzled by the all the negative reviews. I can't really think how my experience could have been better.

This clinic is doing everything right! Serving patients via video chats, phone visits and in person when needed. The beautifully remodeled clinic now matches the excellent staff. Cute pumpkins on display for Halloween and patients could vote. Festive and creative way to keep thing normal during a pandemic!

I love Kaiser as a whole just not this one, to me the staff isn't always friendly. When I get my allergy shots they're kinda oblivious to what's going on asking me if I have the paperwork for it I tell them no I don't your supposed to give it to me. I've sat outside the door of the injection room while the staff slammed the door; I'm not even sure why they even close it all the way? Are thy trying to not be seen? I use to get my shots in Renton they're very friendly and leave their door half open so you know they're there. I've never been to such a nicer place. This Kaiser need a lot of work on mannerism I understand if they're short staffed and working long hours, that's not the patients fault don't take it out on them. I actually hate going to get my allergy shots here because of the injection room staff. Learn to be friendly and kind.

I have been to other Kaiser Permanente clinics, but this place is always late. I waited for nearly 40 minutes and last time I came it was 20 minutes. I never plan on coming here again.

Avoid Kaiser at all costs!

I saw the dermatologist, Dr. Uriani. He is fantastic! Listened to and answered all of my questions. The staff were kind, efficient. It was easy to access the location.

I had a fantastic experience here at KP Lynnwood. INeeded to see the dermatologist, Dr. Uriani. He is fantastic! Listened to all of my concerns and questions and he answered all my questions and listened. We now have a plan for my issues. I waited 6 weeks forthis appointment which I expected there to be a wait as there always is with specialists. Wellworth the wait. 5 stars all the way.
