Dr’s abilities are questionable. I Spent over a year in undiagnosed pain. A different medical organization did one MRI and diagnosed my brain tumor. I had an emergency craniotomy, next day. Dr Drown did not do enough. My medical problem remained diagnosed as migraine headache. Finally, a local hospital conducted a brain scan. My extremely painful head pain was caused by 2 brain tumors.

She wouldn't give me an early referral for a mammogram, making me wait another 4 months when I had a concern (it turned out to be cancer). I tried to message her about my concern after the office visit and she blocked me. She also brought in a male aide to type in the office visit report, which I didn't feel was necessary and was very uncomfortable as it was my annual exam. I had to ask that he leave during the pap smear. Very unprofessional!

Completely no bedside manners. She was eager to get in and get out. starting from the medical assistant, which wasn’t even kind at all and in a hurry. She didn’t want to take my height so she asked me what my height was and I said I’m not sure I might be 5’7” so she just went with it. Then when she asked me if I have any concerns with my health I said yes and she kinda rolled her eyes like this might make things take longer. Than when the doctor came in already she had a straight face no bed side manners. When I told her what might be going on she just guessed at what might be going on and not even having tests done until I asked her to run some labs because I’m genuinely concerned and her words are “well if you want to we can run them” Im an medical assistant and know how things should run they were completely unprofessional and made me feel rushed.
