Don't ask this man a question about prescribing a drug to an under age patient that is not approved for use in their age group or he will become hostile, question yourself education and intelligence, and refuse to answer any of your concerns or questions. He also over-charges, labeling 10 minute appointments as level 4 or 5, which is completely inappropriate. He does not provide comprehensive assessments or follow up.

Dr. Cleven was recommeded to me after many other doctors struggled to find out what was cuasing the pain in my back. In a short time Dr. Cleven identified the problem and was able to get a treatment plan established.Dr. Cleven stood beside me and fought for medical treatments against Labor and Industries. Dr. Cleven puts the needs of the patient first.Dr. Cleven is now at Community Health Center of Snohomish County. (425)789-2000If you need a good doctor or injured I strongly suggest you see this doctor.

I love this doctor and had just begun to start trusting him because he had stuck around for a few years. I want a doctor that I can go to long-term and now, he's gone. He listens to me, he offers suggestions and even my daughter likes him. Now we're both screwed. Thanks Providence. If anyone finds out where he went, let me know.

Anyone know where he went ? He was my Husbands Dr. but no longer there. If he is still local we want to continue with him for a physician.

Dr. Cleven treated my son who had a chronic illness unknown to some doctors. Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, he researched it, and went over and above what I could have ever asked for, and know he's left Providence and my son is left without a physician. I've already tried to find my son a doctor, but none have given me the time like Dr. Cleven did

Dr needs to listen to the patient better, he's too quick to come up with assumptions (tied to other like type patients), and because presents. A level of arrogance. Makes one question if the treatment offered is THE best option.
