The appointment was scheduled over than 1 month in advance back in December 2021. Yesterday, I've called and confirmed the appointment. Today, I came and was informed that the doctor is not there and I need to call some number to reschedule it. The story was told to me - there are two phone numbers on my file - they called one of two and left a voice mail. The thing is that one was not my phone number. The second phone number was a correct one but it wasn't called fro some unknown reason.

Dr. Jalali worked with me through my back pain and was 100% accurate. He referred me to a PT who specializes in SI issues. My back pain went from an 8/10 to a 2/10 within two weeks. I spoke with Dr. Jalali on a Virtual appointment for back & leg pain, after poor results with another doctor at the same clinic. He was very thorough, fully explained why I had back & leg pain, and made recommendations regarding further treatment. I never felt like I was being rushed or forced into a treatment method. Prior to this visit he also successfully provided a steroid injection which was successful on the first try.

My chiropractor recommended Dr. Jalali and told me that Jalali is really a top of the line physiatrist. My chiropractor was correct. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, has good bedside manner, and explains your condition thoroughly in a way that you leave feeling like you're a physiatrist. I've never seen a physiatrist before, but I would wager a bet that he truly is the best. HIGHLY recommended.
