List of Eingun James Song Md's Reviews
I had a few visits and I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was on my issue. I had very uncommon condition, caused by medication that is rarely prescribed. He knew about these site effects and how to treat them.
I had one appointment with Dr. Song. During our appointment, he did his exam and then used liquid nitrogen to burn off a lesion. He charged me $211 extra for this service, but there was no discussion regarding the charge of this service. When I got my bill I left a message with NSD for someone to please call me back to explain the situation. I never received a call or email and a month later I got a certified letter in the mail that I was being withdrawn from service for all NSD providers. Stay away from NSD. They have no apparent process or person to talk to for resolving disputes besides terminating you if you disagree.
Women should avoid Dr. Song. He's a child with an ego problem who is highly volatile and disrespectful toward women. His clinical knowledge of psoriasis, rosacea, and eczema is poor and questionable. At best, second guess his decisions. He needs years more experience in clinic and with people. I won't see him again.
Very skilled doctor who is very kind and communicates very well. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
