The Everett Clinic At Mill Creek's Online Review Report Card

4/27/2023 I witness an employee been hostile towards another employee in a rude unprofessional manner, the trouble maker staff name was(SHIRELLE) the other employee handle the situation well by walking away and not indulging into her negative hostile scum behavior! If I'm not mistaking under Washington state law it's considered(work place violence) which is prohibited! theirs a time place for everything and situations like this shouldn't occur around patients it's not good and creates an hostile environment! Hopefully Shirelle faces some sort of disciplinary action.

I can see why this place has terrible reviews. I've been meeting w family doctors to find one I feel comfortable with and trust the front desk to do their job and this place was not it. After booking me 3 months out for a new patient visit, I showed up and they said I was late. I had my appt saved for 2:30pm and they insisted it was 2:20pm and I was there at 2:35 pm. The front desk didn't even make the effort to check w the doctor if they could still see me. This lady looked me up once and done like she was assessing something about me before a small sneer on her face appeared. I asked if I was being charged for this visit considering it was either a misunderstanding or a mistake on either end and she said she has no idea and to call billing. I asked if they had any official basic billing protocols and she said "no... I'm don't know". Uhhh, what? She also had this exasperated tone with me when I tried to reschedule, so I gave up and decided to never come back here again . There are way better options out there than this place.

Have been sitting in my car since 8:30am (nearly 4 hours), waiting for Everett Clinic Mill Creek to get me in to their "walk-in clinic". This is because they cancelled my scheduled apt yesterday a few hours before my apt.

Spent 2 and a half hours in urgent care to see the Doctor. In walks the most arrogant and berating Dr. Jehovani. Without asking me anything, the first thing he utters is your have COVID. Without asking any question and bothering to read the nurses notes, to see that I have been testing everyday for COVID (negative) and dealing with this issue with Asthma every year for the last 6 years. So I ask him to sit down and talk so I can tell him what been going on and that I don’t have COVID, to which this guys go off on one. How I shouldn’t tell him what to do, I came to his office and he didn’t come to my office. I ask him to take a seat and calm down and he proceeds with his threatening manner being all big man! Wow just wow, what Ill mannered, unprofessional antics. Also tells me it’s the end of his shift and he can’t be asked. I tell him I have been waiting 2 1/2 hours for him to which he say, “so what”. At this point I just walked out and exchanged some pleasantries with him on the way out. The front office and the nurse were the nicest people. To The Everett Clinic, surely this is not your ethos and values to treat patients like this and surely this isn’t the first time this guys has done this, please take action against this horrible doctors before he cause a heart attack to one of his vulnerable patients, people come to feel better, not to be threatened or disrespected.

Cane there for an walkin clinic. Only one reception was there until i checked in with new receptionist about 15minutes. I waited almost an hour to see a doctor. There were people some had appointment but most of em were walkin. They used to have waiting line names shown on the tv unfortunately bot anymore. I tried to reserve online to get my line til i get there however that feature is not available anymore as well. Nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and friendly though.

I waited for almost an hour (time in reception + exam room) so I finally just left. I understand wait times can be long for a walk-in clinic, but this was ridiculous considering I was there for a bad back and sitting was extremely painful. Moreover, I went to use the restroom and it was absolutely gross. There were two (2) used urine volume catchers sitting on the floor and sink and the trash looked liked it hadn't been removed for a week. There were used hand towels on the floor and around the entire bathroom. I won't be back.I

Pediatrics Review ONLY I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Jennifer Luginbill she has yielded superb care to both of my babies!! She is compassionate, and authentically cares about her little patients having a healthy start in life.She and the MAs within this office are extremely accommodating when making appointments by scheduling based off of my husband and I availability (not their own.)I professionally work with healthcare specialists daily, I know what good care should look like; Dr. Luginbill yields superb care if she's accepting new patients I highly recommend!

I’m very recently moved here from out of state so I was very anxious to take my autistic 4 year old into urgent care. I used to go to a specialized pediatric urgent care in San Diego but the one here doesn’t open until 4pm. I’m glad I didn’t wait! The staff was amazing they were sweet and caring towards me and my son. Having just left my wallet at a gas station in the move here and only having a driver license they did the best to get me in and helped find all my information. From reception to the nurse and even the doctor we experienced nothing but kindness and my son was taken care of quickly. They even helped me in finding a primary care doctor for him. Thank you’d o much everyone!

I went in for a walk-in appointment since I was experiencing severe dizziness and some nausea. I couldn't drive myself so I took a cab. When I checked-in the lady asked me to go back to my car and wait since I have nausea and they they would call me when it's my turn - I told her, I have no car to wait and asked how long it would take - she says around 2 hours! And asks me to just see if there are benches outside somewhere where I could sit for the next 2 hours. Knowing that I can barely stand she offered no other option and asked me to leave the premises. I asked her if I can go home and come back in 1.5 hours, she said she cannot guarantee a spot because they could call me earlier and when they do, they expect me to be there right away. I have not seen anyone being so rude and insensitive to a patient's situation.
