List of The Everett Clinic's Reviews
Dr. Kuribayashi and her Everett Clinic refused treatment to my son who had asthma. This is unethical, inhumane, and down-right evil for putting profits before the lives of patients.
Been going to The Everett Clinic for about a year and Dr Herter had been fantastic!! I'm almost 64 and as I age ....I've had increase health issues lately. Dr Herter has helped me with those health issues and can't thank him enough!! Thomas Lake Everett Clinic has a great location, great parking, great facilities and great staff!!Thanks Dr Herter!!Much Appreciated, David Croutworst (Mill Creek)
Christina ARNP is amazing, thoughtful, and thorough. If you need a primary care provider on your side then I’d highly recommend her.
I’ve been privileged enough to have access to routine medical care for my entire life. From Evergreen Healthcare (WA) to Kaiser Permanente (CA) to Planned Parenthood (uninsured in NY) and now The Everett Clinic. We started at TEC in Mill Creek in 2010 when we established a pediatrician for my soon-to-be-born kiddo (now 11). That’s also when I made them my PCP.We have used them for annual WCC since birth, allergy testing, and general screening. We’ve gone to urgent care a handful of times as well. They are also the place we take the family for annual flu shot clinics.I have been impressed with the attentiveness to details during examinations (my child’s pediatrician noticed some issues that required us to connect with Seattle Children’s) and the general rapport we’ve established over the years. My kiddo isn’t shy, but as a newly minted tween it’s been great having a team to work with who are thorough and respectful. As for myself, I’ve used mammography, US, audiology, dermatology, and ENT. Being connected to MYChart has made getting information timely, as I often get test results in the evenings or weekends as they come in.Have there been hiccups with scheduling? Sure, from time to time. It was pronounced as Covid emerged. But frustrations were shared by clinic staff as well since we were all muddling through. Early on, I experienced some blips in record consistency across service departments, but kept circling back to make sure my records and my kiddos records were accurate everywhere.I don’t feel like I have ever been dismissed or treated rudely. In fact, I have always felt like I am working in partnership. I am a persistent person who does a lot of follow up and ‘checking’ so that likely contributes to the positive nature of my experience.Like I said, I have had the privilege of consistent access to routine medical care my entire life. I cannot speak to the experiences of those who don’t have English as their first language or have historical reason to mistrust organized medicine. And I do know people who would NOT agree that their experience was like mine.I can only reflect on my own experiences as a white, college educated, English speaker who has been raised to see access to routine medical care as a non-negotiable priority.
I was unimpressed. I went to see the Dermatologist, I waited a month to get in, only to speak with the doctor for 3 min!!! They obviously were overbooked for the day and I was quickly scooted out. Then I look to see my EOB to see that they charged $430+ to my insurance. WHAT FOR?! The whole 3 minutes where the doctor told me he couldn’t do anything for me? Screw that. Thank god I have good insurance. But what about the people who don’t? DO NOT COME HERE.
Doctors and nurses are caring.
Nobody in this place knows what they're doing it's better off you go to Walgreens and use the Internet.... 2 times I've been there and both times disappointed
This place is AWESOME!Super accommodating, easy to get into on short notice..,nococommunication
I originally saw Dr. Theis a year ago as a primary care physician and also about some issues I was having. She was nice enough, and my bills aligned with my visits. However upon my last visit I was billed for a preventative appointment and a non-preventative appointment, despite the fact that no preventative care was really given (no exam). I’ve asked them to remove my preventative appointment from my bill so it gives me a chance to find a new doctor, but it’s TBD on whether I’ll get it back. I’m not sure when they began these unethical billing practices, but it’s a no for me. There are so many great doctors in the area, find somewhere else to go.
Today around 1:40pm I called in to the Thomas Lake location where I usually see my primary care doctor and usually have a really good experience.. However today just ruined it for me. I called in to schedule a Covid-19 test however the representative who I got on the phone with was very rude. Upon trying to explain my symptoms he just kept trying to interrupt me. Then after asking if I could talk and if he wanted to just argue more he just hung up on me. I didn't even get a chance to ask for the persons name. This person doesn't deserve to work at this establishment due to how rude he spoke to someone on the phone, imagine how rude he treats patients in person. It seemed like he was just trying to get to the next person on the line.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
