Worst emergency visit ever. They have no understanding of mental health issues. I suffer from severe anxiety and have crippling panick attacks. My last attack was horrible and paramedics took me into emergency care. I was treated horrible by staff because of my made up condition. Its frustrating to feel like they dont care.
Not a good place for pediatrics. Go to Seattle Childrens itll be worth it believe me.
I have been to this hospital multiple times. All for different reasons. Had stiches as a kid and they messed up the anesthesia. Had a mental health concern and they tried to convince me to be restrained since i was a danger to myself and to every staff member despite me showing NO signs of danger. And then recently my father had passed in this hospital after having what we believe is a heart attack. I say we believe because they never properly disclosed any information and refused to give us a certificate until 8 DAYS AFTER HE DIED. My sister and I were devastated with how this hospital handles anything. If you could go to any other hospital please do.
Great Emergency Care. Dr s and nurses were so careful with me. I like this place.
Had a minor procedure today hospital staff is wonderful very attentive and caring. No fake smiles here they are genuinely good caring people in the right profession Thank you
Worst hospital hands down
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst hospital ever If you have an infant or toddler with an emergency and can make it to another hospital I would recommend that. The doctor was absolutely horrible she was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I brought my 11 month old in for an emergency and the doctor asked me to tell the story of what happened so I begin to tell her and she cuts me off after I mentioned my daughter saying that child isnt my patient only the baby is however when asking what happened my daughter was with us so it is helpful to know. Then Im told we arent set up for pediatric patients but need to draw blood. The nurses come in to take my babies blood with an adult size needle They try the first arm and since the needle is to big they blow a vein then proceed to the 2nd arm trying again and after jabbing around they get the blood but cant get fluid in as the needle has come out. They decide to stop as I inform then that it isnt working at allDoctor comes back and treats me as if I have done something wrong and that Im am idiot for not knowing all the answers to her questions. What hospital doesnt have infant supplies? That is crazy when this is the closest emergency room until everett I will never be back.
fast service clean very attentive doctors and nurses
Took my mother for her covid vaccine first dose appointment on 23. The staff were polite the appointment was ontime the experience was good EXCEPT the staff did NOT schedule her an appointment for the second. I asked the staff during checkin and was told that the hospital will reach out to schedule the 2nd dose when they find out more about inventory in a couple of weeks. The staff also assured me that they would prioritize folks who got their first does.Fast forward to 29 I called hospital to inquire about details on how to schedule 2nd dose. The operator took my information and said someone would contact me with further information. I received no response on 29.I called Evergreen Monroe again on 210 and was given a number that turn out to be covid phone line for Evergreen Kirkland. I contacted Evergreen Kirkland staff there were NOT aware that Evergreen Monroe was making vaccine appointments. Evergreen Kirkland was only scheduling 2nd dose appointment 10 days in advance so I was unable to secure an appointment at the time.I thought the easiest way to secure a 2nd dose appointment was going back to Evergreen Monroe where my mother got her first dose. So I called Evergreen Monroe again on 211. This time the operator told me that Evergreen Monroe would NOT schedule any 2nd dose appointment. I shocked but was not exactly surprised by then. It was clear that the hospital never had a plan on getting everyone their 2nd dose. I asked the operator if the hospital will be reaching out to all the people who got their first dose from Evergreen Monroe that they would NOT get their 2nd dose from them and need to secure the 2nd dose on their own. The response I will pass on your input to our management. So I could only assume there was NO PLAN to communicate the disappointing news to those who were still waiting to hear back about 2nd dose appointment. This would have been a 1star review had I unable to secure a 2nd dose appointment. I was able to get my mother her 2nd dose Moderna on time thru UW Medicine.I am somewhat speechless after this ordeal. If Evergreen Monroe never plan to be responsible to the patients for both doses 4 weeks apart why do they even start the vaccine clinic?Update on 312021Evergreen Monroe reached out on Friday 226 via email to schedule 2nd shot. I informed them that my mother will be getting her 2nd dose from UW. I am happy to see Evergreen Monroe came thru at last min. Thank you for the staff at Evergreen Monroe who made things right finally
First thing the nurse asked me when I got there is “are you always this rude” real welcoming worst help I’ve ever gotten when I told them I could barely breath. And they left me in my room alone for 4 hours. Very rude staff like incredible to the point I just checked out after 11 hours. Worst hospital experience in my life I highly advise others to never go to this hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
