List of Edward Junn Md's Reviews
He is a good doctor he used acupressure to reliave a bad headache I had from a concussion .
Friendly guy and is to the point. He gets the job done!
He has helped me during the covid crisis and is very good at explaining medical help and putting in laymen terms for me I give him a five star good dr and good communicator.
Dr. Junn does not belong in an ER room. He neglects patients, does not fully explain diagnosis or discharge plan leaving the patient vulnerable to complications. Luckily I work for a hospital and was able to get my family members to see one of our specialist and he has shocked on how Dr. Junn discharged a patient who obviously needed to be urgently admitted. I suggest getting a second opinion if this is the doctor that takes care of your family member.
Friendly, cheerful doctor
I pinched off the end of my finger in a piece of machinery. When the severed piece was presented to him he looked insulted/panicked and said emphatically in my hearing. "I can't do that!" His decision was medically sound, but his manner was far from tactful. When a student nurse entered the room ( with an ID tag hanging on her neck) he mistook her for a relative of mine. He washed the wound and dressed it leaving the bone protruding out the end of the open wound, telling me it would heal over. I saw a hand specialist who was visibly disturbed with Dr Junn's handiwork. He found multiple bone fragments still in the wound. He performed surgery the next day to remove the fragments and grind the bone back just enough so he could close the skin over it. Everything that should have been done in the ER. I don't mean to bash anyone but these are the facts and human lives and well being are at stake. Dr. Junn, you may be highly qualified for certain medical positions and I recognize the need to learn by experience but please don't put humans at risk by taking a position over your head without a superior back-up. Perhaps St Alphonsus medical center bears the blame for asking too much of you. Thanks for doing your best. I think everything will turn out ok in the end and am not bitter at you. Life is a journey. Keep on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
