He was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly and polite, too. Everyone there was and is fantastic.
To be fair Dr Cooper seems like a nice guy. I had to visit because of insurance requirements and I needed authorization for a prescription. It's going on a month since my visit and labs. After 5 calls I finally reached a nurse and explained I needed my medication. Another call and they told me he'd written the prescription and they'd contacted the pharmacy. Two days later I get a call from the pharmacy that they can't reach him their still waiting for confirmation. I'm not impressed, Arbor health is incompetent.
Always takes a personal interest and gives good advice. I am very picky about who I trust with my health care. He is the best.
he is an all around great guy,you will love him, caring guy.
Dr. Cooper seems like a nice guy until you disagree with him. He thinks he knows my body better than I. I recently received all my medical history from him only to find him lying in the comment sections. Stating he discussed issues with me he never did and mentions in notes EVERY VISIT that I need to lose weight but never once discussed it with me or gave me options or ideas. Probably because as he's grossly obese it would be extremely hypocritical of him to tell me anything.
Dr. Copper is a wonderful doctor, glad I found him.
He is AWESOME! He listens to you and has a great bedside manner. We were so lucky to find him!
This doctor has a problem with clients on Medicaid or state assistance. I originally seen him in 2013 for an unexpected injury. I had good insurance at that time. Over the course of two years the symptoms got worse. I went in again for it 2015 and tried to reopen L&I claim for injury. He was very attentive and concerned at first. Then as soon as he heard L&I denied the claim, his whole demeanor changed. His total change in attitude has made me conclude that he does not want me as a patient because I only receive state insurance.
Speaks in a language for us normal people, not in the medical BIG WORDS we can't understand!! Acts like you & I act everyday. Just one of the guys.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
