I am very nervous and concerned after reading the reviews of Dr. Kuzin. My husband has surgery scheduled for next week. Nothing to judge him on other than the poor reviews. Are there other reviews??

Rude staff. Passed me around. Said they didn’t have my urgent referral. Lady screamed at me because I was crying and upset over my eye and side effects of drug. Said she couldn’t help me. I will never go to this place. They don’t listen either. Told them my referral was for glaucoma and they said oh you mean your retina. Is this a joke?

I was told I would be glasses free. That was true for driving, but they never explained my vision for reading recipes, any directions, prescription labels, anything in the car to see speed, radio, ect...... I now have about 20 or more different glasses scattered around the house just because I CANNOT See anything close up. I am not happy. Dr Kuzin does not want to see me anymore because he wants to just see surgical cases. Whatever happened to doctors like DRArmin Mohr? It is all about money. Margaret Wilskie Mount Vernon,WA 7/2017

Dr Kuzin is incredibly professional, intelligent and thoughtful. He attended exceptional schools; it's obvious that he's very smart. I felt that he had my best interest at heart and he carefully explained the process of my treatment. I would recommend him to anyone.

The whole process was as if I was on car lot..Someone trying to sell me something. From the initial referral from my regular opthalmologist in Oak Harbor through my experience with Dr Kuzin's office. The meds were not sent promptly to my RX- received them just 1 day b4 procedure. When I called the office to discuss this,no one answered after being on hold for 40 minutes. I got a callback after leaving my tel# and proceeded to cancel my appt. Very bad client/customer service.
