I have had multiple appointments and a surgical procedure done by Dr Chang and I have only good things to say about him. He or someone who works with him always answers my questions very quickly. I have healed well and my scars are very fine! 10/10 would recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Chang was helpful. Very professional, gave me options, was unbias and never pushed, just offered options. Than you!

In my initial consult, Dr. Chang provided medical advice completely dependent on an insurance company that has no part in my care, offered no physical examination, and then his practice followed-up by losing personal medical information and offering such apparent ineptitude that my actual insurance company gave up and completely cancelled my referral. I cannot imagine a scenario in which accessing the medical care of a specialist in reconstructive surgery doesn't come at the end of an emotional or painful situation, and it is because of this that I am writing this review. YOU HAVE OPTIONS. Your insurer largely approves you for the procedure or a type of appointment and provides you with the name of one of their partners. You do not necessarily have to see the provider listed, and if this is the doctor they gave you, I would strongly recommend asking your insurer for a list of alternate surgeons to see. Don't worry about Dr. Chang, he himself told me that he gets paid either way.

In my initial visit, Dr Chang explained my medical condition and permutations clearly. His demeanor was pleasant, if somewhat rushed on the initial visit. During this visit (post-surgery), he evidenced impatience with my follow up questions. I will add that it seemed to me the incision made to remove a lump on my back seemed excessive for the size of the lipoma, but I am making allowances for my ignorance of surgical necessity.

My questions were answered and I went into my reduction feeling very confident. Today was my shower and unwrapping, I am very pleased, even with the swelling. Thank you to the staff who took such amazing care of me pre and post op.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Chang having 3.5 lbs of breast tissue removed. I went from an "I" to a "D". I was so nervous to have the surgery. Dr. Chang gave me the most perfect new natural breasts I could imagine! I am in love with them! I went from being able to hold 5 pens under my breasts to not a one! They look and feel like me when I was 18 years old. Dr. Chang was thorough in explaining everything I had questions about. He is very specialized in breasts and it shows!

I went in to see Dr.Chang for a surgery got it all scheduled and it seemed like a very trust worthy doctor. Then I go in for surgery, I told I'm going to be awake the whole time but instead they decided to put me out without even letting me know. Then I get pushed back into my room barley waking up and that is the only time I was able to talk to this doctor, as I was half out of it, and he ignored my questions and statements and walked out as if I had no importance.

Good Dr during a difficult time

I LOVED my experience with Dr. Chang's entire office. I had a breast augmentation done last spring and could not have had a better experience. The women in the front office are funny and kind and the scheduling is a breeze.I had a LOT of questions during my initial consultation, and Dr. Chang spent an HOUR with me, answering everything that I wanted to know. He wanted to make sure that I was making an informed decision that would be the best one for ME and my body, so I was also sent home with reading materials. I was from out of town, so the office arranged a hotel for me, directed me to the closest pharmacy, and answered my crazy pre and post surgery phone calls!I am thrilled with my results and with the communication that I still have with the office, should the need arise. I would, without a doubt, recommend Dr. Chang to anyone that I care about!
