Dr Oates was very straight forward about discussing my knee issues which is my personal preference. Very helpful. No BS, just his professional opinion. Very happy with the visit and will highly recommend him.

Dr. Oates was thorough, direct and to the point. He made eye contact with me and asked questions as well as gave me direction. I felt he painted a realistic picture of my prospects and gave me possibilities, pending imaging. He touched my shoulder. This may not sound like much but many physicians only look at computer screens while talking and definitely do not touch you!
