I had to reschedule 3 different times then when I went there, I was waiting a half an hour before a receptionist told me the Dr was 2 hrs behind. I scheduled with a different doctor they had. He was very quick, straight to the point, and I was out quickly.

I had a prenatal appointment here 3 month's ago. Worst prenatal appointment EVER! We were not seen until a hour and a half after my scheduled time 👎. The staff were very rude. When the doctor ( dr ozini ) finally came into the room she talked down to us like we were born yesterday. And read us my so called medical history ( which was completely wrong ) but insisted she had the right patient and rolled her eyes when I told her she has the wrong patient. Then finally she read me the date of birth on the paper work she was reading the medical history off of. And what do you know! It was the wrong patients medical history!!! I immediately checked out other doctors in our area and have found a good doctor. I DO NOT recommend this office or business for anybody's care. Very unprofessional 👎👎👎👎

THIS GROUP IS DEPLORABLE! I recommend avoiding their services if at all possible. On the two occasions I booked an appointment, the doctor did not show up. While I can understand the Dr needs to be present at the birth of newborns, I cannot fathom why the clinic could not even bother to call (on the second occasion) and save me an hour's driving time,the cost of fuel, and the time arranged from away from work. Think of it this way: if a group of people cannot even understand how to use a phone, or comprehend the impact of their cavalier attitudes towards other people's time and expense, then I can only conclude they cannot be trusted to handle important matters such as lab results, lab sample protocols, let alone diagnostic interpretations. My conclusion is simply logical. Again, I do not recommend this facility.
