Skagit Regional Health - Cascade Ear, Nose And Throat's Online Review Report Card

Scheduled a hearing test/ appointment two months in advance, finally get out to what we thought was the correct facility, only to find that they sent us to anacortes when we needed to go to mount vernon, made us drive several extra hours for no reason, and made us late to our initial appointment. Even the paperwork mailed to me said to go to anacortes. It is crazy how long you have to wait just for them to care so little as to send you the opposite direction of where your appointment actually is.

Wow! I left thinking what a great team and work environment! Everyone was professional and kind! They greeted you like they have known you forever! And they are fast and efficient! ( awesome photography as well hanging up) Thank you guys!!!!

My first appointment at this clinic was interesting, the doctor told me that my family practitioner gave me the wrong diagnosis, and he wanted to start treating me for something else, making appointments at other Skagit Regional Clinics. A few weeks later at my second appointment at Ear, Nose and Throat, the same doctor must have forgotten who I was, and why I was there, because he started telling me the exact opposite thing he told me on my first visit. It was obvious that he was overworked, overbooked, probably understaffed, and had no time to go over my health records. A complete waste of my time and money. The only reason I'm even giving this clinic two stars is because I did at least get some honest, clear assessments from another clinic that this clinic referred me to, and it was clear that the doctor at the other clinic also quickly came up with the conclusion that Skagit Regional Health Ear, Nose and Throat was out to lunch when it came to properly diagnose my condition, he didn't even bother trying to hide it. I have never had a good experience at any Skagit Regional Health office, I'll just add this one to the list.

Very disappointed with cascade ear, nose and throat. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. England and was given the wrong building. By the time I arrived (15 minutes late) I was told I had to reschedule? Very difficult to make initial appointment and to be told to reschedule a week later is unacceptable. Next week will be my final visit to this office!

Don't go here for your medical needs. They will make appointment but will not keep them. Door was locked during my appointment time and they acted it was my fault. They didn't even answer the phone.

It has been my pleasure to know several patients of Cascade ENT including my sister. Dr. Jim Gross is an extremely knowledgeable and competent physician and surgeon and a really pleasant and friendly person. If you want the best go see Dr. Jim Gross. You will be glad you did.

So if you want rude ,arrogant ,snotty ,demeaning, dismissive, belittling , conflicting interaction by all means show up here. The blond receptionist will make you feel all of those things and possibly more. Imagine feeling those all in a matter of two minutes add some glaring judgmental eye rolling to said blond and you too can have the same experience . Said blond should never have any interaction with the public. The lack of any compassion or ability to help a person seeking medical care is astounding . Cascade either lacks ability to train or control their people or at least the blond. Sad and pathetic as well as absolutely unacceptable.

The receptionist was rude right from the start. We got there 5 minutes before our appointment and she told me that I was 20 minutes late. If they want me there earlier, maybe say something. She told me that they would try to squeeze me in, but I was messing up 2 different schedules. The only reason I didn't walk out was because I drove 40 minutes to get there. Also the Dr wasn't very friendly either. He named off a couple of things that could have caused my son's hearing loss. When I told him that none of those things had happened, he told me that he wasn't there to play Sherlock Holmes. I will never go back to this office. I will drive 2 hours to Seattle once a year instead.
