Physician and staff are wonderful. Would have given 5 star rating except parking totally inadequate. Please consider building a parking garage. There was no parking available, even in the disabled spots. I detest going to your facility for this reason.

Got sent to collections over a routine doctor's visit with labs my doctor ordered. I have to do this every year as part of my health. First time I had gone through Skagit due to Skagit taking over UW. I won't go back. I got a bill because they didn't code the bill correctly so the insurance didn't adjust it correctly. Asked them to code it right and I guess the staff can't be asked to be competent in their job. My first time back at Skagit in 10 years and nothing has changed.

Where are the doctors? Had surgery last night and almost 24 hours later no one has been in to follow up with me. Any other hospital I've been to would give me some pain killer and get me up on my feet, give me a diet to follow. I'm just laying here with nothing. I'll probably die from starvation before a doctor shows up. Hard to imagine anyone coming back here a second time.

My wife and have Covid and spoke with dr Sandeep Bal yesterday. She inquired about all of the details and explained what we could do to ease symptoms, plus when we should go to ER if certain symptoms occur. She also gave us the quarantine timeline. She was professional, personable (as always) and alleviated our concerns.

I have been a patient at SRMC for over 35+ years. I have had two PCP’s with them during my years. Dr. Deborah North and Dr. Ryan Guanzon have both given me excellent care. My medical history is extensive and complex. When I need specialty care they have referred me out if they don’t believe it is within their scope. Dr. Guanzon is now in the teaching residency clinic and I am seen by residents to help them in their education. With my complex health history and ongoing problems I feel good to be a part of educating our new doctors.
