I have had double vision for years and the local docs just kept adding prism with no explanation or discussion. As a healthcare provider (RN) this was unacceptable. I request ed a Neuro ophthalmologist and got DR Kassam. I love seeing him and totally trust him with my eyes. I have had two eye surgeries, one to reduce the amount of prisms/double vision and the other to lift my eye lids so I could actually see out of my eyes. Both went very well. I would strongly recommend him.

Dr. Kassem did a beautiful job reconstructing the soft tissue around my eye after an accident. He has an excellent bedside manner and clear expertise.

This guy is a fine, even great doctor. He is personable, responsive and encouraging. I had eyelid surgery and a brow lift to improve my vision. The surgery was perfect with a quick recovery. My only recommendation to Dr Jean Kassem (male) is to tell your patients how much it is going to itch while healing. I have the belief that he is unusually skilled. The wait times were not good, but when he has you he spends the time on you you need. Jack Newton . Lynden WA

I never realized just how bad my vision had become (due to my eyelids drooping). My ophthalmologist recommended Dr Kassem. Wow! What an amazing doctor! The minute you meet him you can take your nerves and throw them out the door. He listens, understands and explains procedures in layman’s terms. Watch out, you’re going to want to adopt this young man-he’s that remarkable. Oh, as a surgeon he’s the BEST. I know, I can see now. God truly blessed this world with Dr Kassem!!!

I was especially impressed by Dr. Kassem's willingness to take the time to answer all my questions. He performed a bilateral orbital floor decompression; I was pleased with the results.. The nurses at the hospital were very positive about his abilities. It is always important to know what the nurses think. I continue to see him. Everyone at the office is very helpful.
