Heidi Rendall's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Rendall was mine and my mom's dr my entire life ... well my mom's anyway and mine until I was about 18 or so...she went way above and beyond for my mother until the day she died in my arms... and Dr rendall was there supporting all of us through it until the end. Thanks and God bless Dr. Rendall.

Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Rendall since 2002.  She sees her patients as people and takes into account family issues and lifestyle stresses as well as physical conditions.  Once, when I needed to take time off from work to see her, her office called me before I left the job to tell me that she was running late due to an emergency.  I had the option of coming later or rescheduling so I just arrived an hour later and all turned out well.  I have never had another doctor consider my time as valuable.  She is great in coordinating care with my husbands several specialists as well as making excellent referrals to specialists. And, she makes house calls!

I have been under  the care of Dr. Randall over 10 years , she is wonderful, dedicated, very easy to talk to. Her practice is small but she knows her patients by name and remembers you and your history. I dont feel like a number when I go to see her and I trust her in every way to keep me healthy when I have concerns. She is what I consider a real Doctor because if you are super sick she does make house calls. She also is my GrandMothers Doctor and well if you want a Doctor who doesnt rush you and is there to assist you in anyway I recommend Dr. Randall 100%! She is very understanding and helpful! Never a long wait in the office and the office ladies Roxanne and Elizabeth are both very pleasant  and easy going. I am greatful I have her as my Doctor!!!

Dr. Rendall is well worth the money to have your own private doctor waiting for you 24/7. There have been many times that I have needed an opinion after hours and Dr. Rendall is ALWAYS there for me. Her practice is brilliant. Her help are very talented. If you need a doctor like the old days, when you got service at home or by he phone, theres no one better than Dr. Heidi Rendall. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Heidi Rendall is a brilliant family and general physician. From the moment you walk into her clinic, Anchor Medical Clinic you are greated warmly and feel right at home. Dr. Rendall listens and never rushes an appointment. Her records and memory seem impeccable as you never have to repeat yourself. She explains and answers any questions you have and gives you any referrals you need. She is supportive of standard alternative medicine (acupuncture, massage, CranialSacral, Chiropracty, Bowen Therapy to name a few) and will write or FAX the prescription you need for these, physical therapy, tests, medications, quickly. She is a thorough examiner, never misses anything, explains any concerns she has, calls you with your test results as soon as she receives results. She has no hesitation about referring you to a specialist and is very knowledgeable about the one(s) she would recommend. She also willing works with any specialist(s) you already have. I have been a patient of hers for about 10 years. The one person office is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and considerate. The medical assistant is this way also. The clinic being Dr. Rendalls means you are not subject to limitations and referral restrictions that I have experienced in the past with some bigger clinics. I am so glad I was referred to this doctor when my previous family doctor retired!

Let me start by stating that I used to work with Dr Rendall, a completely lovely and dedicated woman.Her clinic is run a bit differently then what you are used too (in a good way) as she has this cool set up where you pay a flat (monthly) fee and can see her as many times as you need.  She has other options but that is how most of her patients do it. Seems odd, but for those of us without insurance, it is a much cheaper way of getting (amazing) healthcare when compared to other options.
