Wonderful young lady. She listens carefully and gives you the time you need to talk to her.

Ji-Young is very personable so she gets one star. Despite being very nice, she was unable to understand the symptoms I described to her. She was quick to make her diagnosis but when I questioned her why my symptoms did not align with what she diagnosed me with, she could not offer an explanation and she chose to ignore me. Though I didn't have symptoms associated with her diagnosis, she ordered lab work anyway. The results of the tests did not confirm her diagnosis and she recommended a repeat of the labs. I could not understand why I would need to waste any more money to confirm that I didn't have what she diagnosed me with to begin with. Ultimately, I did not get my medical concern addressed nor my questions answered. The end result was that she told me I could make another appointment if I had anymore questions. Theresa, how about just answering my questions directly in the first place so that you don't waste my time and money?!
