I hurt my knee and was in excruciating pain. I made an online appointment the last one available at 6:30 pm. Everything about this Clinic was excellent! I have never had this good of service at a doctor's office before. So glad I did not go to the ER at the hospital. I did not have to wait long and everyone was kind and helpful. The doctor here was amazing. He knew just how to examine my knee ordered the necessary x-rays, was able to get the x-rays immediately. I was done in 1 hour , left with a knee brace and meds that I needed. I will always go here in the future. I am sold on Harbor Point clinic!

I went in to get a blood test to see if I had mono. I was charged 30 dollars for the test which is a normal reasonable amount as it took about 5 minutes. However I was also charged $300 dollars to become a new patient! I interacted with staff there for less than 10 minutes and to be charged 300 dollars with no warning. It's a bloody heist.

Most of the nurses who work here are pretty rude and condescending and so are the front desk workers, however the doctors who frequent this clinic are really good and have a fantastic attitude! BUT this clinic is completely 100% NOT WILLING to work with you if you need to make payment arrangements for whatever your insurance didn’t cover. If you can’t afford to pay for everything upfront regardless of your insurance, don’t come here. If you can afford to pay for everything up front regardless of your insurance, I’d still say DON’T go here. The nurses and front desk are very inhospitable and unfriendly and the doctors all work at other (probably NICER) clinics, so go somewhere else and see them if you want a great experience.

My family and I has been going this clinic for almost 10 years. Everyone here are awesome. They answer your phone call quick and respond it whenever you need help. Strongly recommended.

Worst Care ever!!!!! Stay away from this place they will not help you and they will never call you back they do not follow up and leave you in pain. They are clearly in it for nothing but the money and could care less about your health.

Walk in clinic is the worst. I do not want to go there unless my primary is there.

Excellent and professional

This place likes to not check if yearly preventative care is covered by your insurance so you end up paying a $500 bill for no reason. What a poorly run clinic. Do not go here.

I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have rarely had to wait once I'm checked in. At my last visit my doctor referred me to another Everett Clinic location. That location was calling me to set up an appointment before I got to my house. Pretty awesome.

I’ve been going to this clinic for years and I love it. Very professional staff, clean facility and thorough providers. Definitely recommend.
