Dr. Rave was recommended to us by another physician when my daughter's first pediatrician retired. She is fantastic. She is so bright and at the same time so sensitive and full of compassion. And if "things hit the fan" she steps in and does what needs doing. My daughter trusts her completely and so do my husband and I.

We love Dr Rave. Have been seeing her going on 7 years now and every experience has been a good one. When my daughter was a new born I had all the usual new parent concerns. She walked me through everything and continues to be supportive.

Dr. Rave does what she can to boost revenue for the Everett Clinic. We took our son in for a "well child" visit. While he was there, she said he had an ear infection so she prescribed him medication. Since she found something during a "well child" visit, it became an office call (her judgment) so I had to pay out of pocket. "well child" visits are paid by my insurance. She tried the same thing when we brought him in for a shot. Asked her to just check his vitals and she tried to turn it in to an office call. Seems like her top priority is to maximize billings.

Dr. Rave has great interpersonal skills and is a skilled and intuitive diagnostician. She is cordial, warm and sincere. Handles small children with compassion and quickly establishes confidence and trust.
