Have been waiting on the phone for 35 minutes thus far. If they are not going to answer so that I can make an appointment, the endless request that I stay on the phone did not offer a call back option.

Seemed completely uninterested in my problem and didn't listen to anything I said. Gave me useless advice and charged me $550 for a 1hr appointment. The best advice he gave me was to stretch my sore muscles, which I didn't need to pay $550 to hear.
