List of The Everett Clinic At Harbour Pointe Pediatrics's Reviews
Love this office. Staff is friendly and helpful. My kids have been going here pretty much their entire life. 10+ years.
Took my wife to the walk in clinic on a Friday, thought she had strep. 2 hours before they where close they told us they were not accepting new patients and all the rooms where full. looking around not a single person in the waiting rooms. I would like to tell my employer that 2 hours before my shift is over that i am not working anymore, but I'm sure that wouldn't go over very well. Horrible service, not sure if its under new management and the head person just doesn't care. But we have to take a clue i guess, this place changes doctors all the time, they are not getting fired..... they are quitting..... why? My clue is its just as horrible for the doctors as the patients. I have gone here for years, primary and walk-in needs. I will not being going here anymore or taking my family here. The people that work at the front desk and nurses I would give 10 out of 5 stars, these people are the back bone of that hospital, really wonderful people. They are more helpful than the doctors. Sad to see this place deep dive down hill.
Overcharged you for everything! Charged extra $200 for labs?? WTH
Wait 2 hours to get in a room. Only to wait an other hour. Everyone ignores you. When I asked I was told people wait for 2 hour to get in a room here, which a shut up and stop complaining tone. Never again. By the time we were done my son was starving. All that for an earache.
Don’t go here for anything that needs any sort of incisions or serious life threatening situations. My complain is that “a dr” who works at this place made an incision (cut) on me about the end of last year. I consented because Hey he is a Dr right? Well, I regret of trusting him. First of all after I agree on him doing the incision he came back with two new employees and use my case for their training. He did the incision, and then he wasn’t prepare for the unexpected, he couldn’t stop the bleeding. And I’m laying there for about 45 minutes while he is improvising (they don’t have the proper equipment to deal with this stuff) so his solution?: he put a bunch of gauzes and medical tape, wrap my body area like if I was a Mexican burrito and call my wife. He was very nervous and excused his failure to fix the problem saying: “I’m pretty sure he will be okay tomorrow morning. Do you know why?- he asked, because I know”. We could tel he didn’t know but at that point the damaged was done and we had to deal with it. He asked me to return next morning, I did but a different doctor had to see me because he was not there. This one dr apparently didn’t know what had happened the previous night about the bleeding. He starting removing the bandages and check the clogging and when he pressed the incision the bleeding started again. He try to stop it but the other guy messed me up badly. So this new dr discovered that they are not equipped to deal with this situations (I explained to him what happened. I felt bad for him because he had to try to fix what the other one did). Not even medical glue or something like that? I starting to faint due to the loss of blood on both days, paramedics were called, they took me to the hospital (1,300 for the ride) and once I got to the Everett Colby hospital another disappointment but I will write about that in their site. So please don’t trust just anyone because of their title, ask questions, the what if questions. some people don’t have a clue of what they are doing.
Doctors and nursing staff aren't nice.
Went to the walk in clinic for the first time seeking medical care for my 11th year old son who was having a fever, feeling dizzy and coughing. The receptionist told me that the waiting time at that moment was 3 hours!!! I couldn’t believe that! I asked her can I check my son in and come back? Like can you call me or something? (I live very close) she gave me a big NO! Once you’re checked in you can’t leave! My son was feeling really sick and I was not going to wait that long! I can’t understand it! it’s a walk in clinic not an Urgent care or an ER! And to think that I was going to establish primary care for my son with them! No thank you!!
They have two different clinics right next to each other and I went to the first one on ground level and was told to go to the second for what I needed. I went to the second clinic and told the receptionist what I was here for and that I was told to come here, she looked at me like I was crazy and she kept asking if I was really told this, and asking if I really had an appointment, as if she didn't believe me. I honestly think it was because I was wearing sweats and a t-shirt, which is unbelievable that she would judge me based on what I was wearing. She asked for my ID and showed me where to go and seemed very irritated the whole time. Very unprofessional to judge someone based on the clothes they wear.
This is in regards to calling and only trying to make appointments for my kids. Very poor experience with the receptionist.
This review is for the pediatrician office. Do not go here unless you have well over an hour of free time because that's how long they make you wait . Might as well just show up to your appointment an hour late. Doctor is always "running behind" even though everytime I go there, seems to be no other patients in the building. Last appointment I was here, I was in for 1 hour and 20 mins and my time spent with the doctor was maybe 7 mins and 5 mins with lab tech for blood work

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
