List of The Everett Clinic At Harbour Pointe Walk-In Clinic Urgent Care's Reviews
I called on 6/3/23 at 8:30 am regarding a previous day appointment details. The person I spoke with said their was no nurse, doctor, or supervisor to assist with the prescription discrepancy for my 90 year old grandmother until Monday. So that would be 3 days of medicine not administered correctly. That's bad enough, but the individual was also extremely rude.
After clinic ops were mad at regence med adv and took it out on all these patients by canceling all their ongoing care appts, we have found Providence a few blocks away. We are very happy with the care at Providence, but we found out our regular PCP from Everett Clinic decided to leave the Everett Clinic after working with them for just 8 months. She was awesome, so we called the EC clinic to see if we could perhaps follow her to the new location. Not sure if she received our message because we never got a call back from this clinic. In the meantime we have developed a new bond with our new Dr. Janeeca Johnston at Providence a few blocks away. We highly recommend this location and doctor.
I was skeptical of this place because of the bad reviews, but it’s close to where I live and I decided to go anyways. My wait time was under an hour and every staff member and doctor I interacted with were great. People love leaving negative reviews, but good experiences go untold too often. Take the negative reviews on this place with a grain of salt. My visit went smoother than many other urgent care or ER visits to other places in the past.
Had an apt at 1:30. They had no record of it on the books. Waited 3 hours to be seen.
This particular location has shaken my faith in medical care. This is in reference to the Mukilteo Everett Clinic Urgent care facility. First the good: Dr. Todd is a decent dr. He has sound opinions and operates in a relatively conservative manner regarding his analysis and helps you understand what is most likely the issue when you are experiencing a problem. The reason this place gets a 1 star is because of the travesty that is his co-worker: Dr. MA I will share some personal information here but as a migraine prone person I had personally never had an optical migraine before. Brand new experience, if you've had them, you know what I'm talking about, if not, google image search, it's a trip. Logically I thought something else was wrong, I also had quite a bit of heartburn the 2-3 days prior due to eating lot's of citrus so now I'm thinking, what if it's related? That's the only reason I went in, because I was worried about possible blood clot related stroke. This guy Examines my eyes, finds nothing, doesn't listen to me repeatedly when I tell him it's likely a migraine and consistent with everything I can find on it, doesnt listen to me when I shoot down any and all possibly related other symptoms for a torn retina, no head trauma, no pain, no increase of floaters, not a damn thing wrong when he looked into my eyes, no vision problems persisting past the migraine. THEY KEPT ME IN A MEDICAL HOLD UNTIL HE FORCE-BOOKED ME WITH A FOLLOW UP OPTHAMOLOGIST VISIT WITH EVERETT CLINIC TO INVESTIGATE MY "TORN RETINA" Which when I got to the opthamologists (obviously a clinic where you have a charge anyways if you cancel!!!) they laughed at the fact that i was even there, said it was obviously a migraine and went ahead and did the tests anyways. I had to beg for them to run a damn d-dimer (blood test for clotting factor) which I was comfortable shelling the money out for (folks I've had a blood clot before, it's not like I've never had one and this is out of the blue.) Dr. MA is the human equivalent to web MD, he might know what could cause a thing but he lacks the fundamental abilities necessary of a doctor. to critically consider the symptoms NOT PRESENT and make quality medical determinations. It's my opinion this doctor should not be employed in an urgent care setting, he is simply not qualified. As a result of this visit I will endeavor to never visit the Everett clinic ever again, despite Dr. Todd being a generally good doctor. In my opinion the risks of being bullied by Dr. MA on a day Dr. Todd isn't there is an unacceptable one.
Recently they decided to not deal with Regence Med Advantage, even though Regence said we could still see them as out of network. They refuse to accept cash payment in full at time of service. They cancelled all our primary care, physical therapy, and lab appts, only to leave us stranded without care. We loved the doctors here, we had been here for years. We do not like how they operate from the higher ups, regarding these departments, so we didn't even try to change insurance to stay with them. They could just do it again. Anyways, we found a lovely Providence a few blocks away. They have a lab on site as we needed too. Thank you Providence, for actually displaying the care for patients, not just lip service.
While the service that I’ve received from the staff has always been top notch, they seem to have issues with their wait time. They refuse to give wait times over the phone (preventing me from knowing how much milk to bring for my baby) and then often times wait times are double what they note. I’m currently 3 hours into a one hour wait and was told two and a half hours ago that I was going to be next.
i had pt appointment on jan 9 th at 7.00 am. i have covid test positive on sunday. i could not cancel my appointment on my chart. sunday they are closed to let them know to cancel my appointment. i was tired and woke up on monday at 11.00 am and called them about the situtation. they are very rood that i did not called earleir . hey have no concen about i got covid insted the are mad at me i could called earlier . i was really upset about their behavier . they should not be in health care proffion if they donot have sympathy about my situation
Waited over 2 hours to find out they forgot about me, then waited over another hour before being seen.
I waited for 45 minutes at Everett Clinic at Harbour Pointe to see my doctor. Reception then told me to go home because the doctor was running so late she couldn't see me at all. When that doctor retired 4 months later, the clinic refused to let me see a different doctor , Dr. Hao , even though I had seen Dr. Hao a few times previously. They told me he was not accepting "new" patients. Then they said NO MDs at Everett Clinic Harbour Pointe were accepting new patients, nor transfer patients of the retired doctor. Only RNs are available for new patients. What????This clinic is terrible! I do not recommend it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
