List of The Everett Clinic At Harbour Pointe's Reviews
After clinic ops were mad at regence med adv and took it out on all these patients by canceling all their ongoing care appts, we have found Providence a few blocks away. We are very happy with the care at Providence, but we found out our regular PCP from Everett Clinic decided to leave the Everett Clinic after working with them for just 8 months. She was awesome, so we called the EC clinic to see if we could perhaps follow her to the new location. Not sure if she received our message because we never got a call back from this clinic. In the meantime we have developed a new bond with our new Dr. Janeeca Johnston at Providence a few blocks away. We highly recommend this location and doctor.
Recently they decided to not deal with Regence Med Advantage, even though Regence said we could still see them as out of network. They refuse to accept cash payment in full at time of service. They cancelled all our primary care, physical therapy, and lab appts, only to leave us stranded without care. We loved the doctors here, we had been here for years. We do not like how they operate from the higher ups, regarding these departments, so we didn't even try to change insurance to stay with them. They could just do it again. Anyways, we found a lovely Providence a few blocks away. They have a lab on site as we needed too. Thank you Providence, for actually displaying the care for patients, not just lip service.
i had pt appointment on jan 9 th at 7.00 am. i have covid test positive on sunday. i could not cancel my appointment on my chart. sunday they are closed to let them know to cancel my appointment. i was tired and woke up on monday at 11.00 am and called them about the situtation. they are very rood that i did not called earleir . hey have no concen about i got covid insted the are mad at me i could called earlier . i was really upset about their behavier . they should not be in health care proffion if they donot have sympathy about my situation
I waited for 45 minutes at Everett Clinic at Harbour Pointe to see my doctor. Reception then told me to go home because the doctor was running so late she couldn't see me at all. When that doctor retired 4 months later, the clinic refused to let me see a different doctor , Dr. Hao , even though I had seen Dr. Hao a few times previously. They told me he was not accepting "new" patients. Then they said NO MDs at Everett Clinic Harbour Pointe were accepting new patients, nor transfer patients of the retired doctor. Only RNs are available for new patients. What????This clinic is terrible! I do not recommend it.
WARNING: Be VERY careful of their billing practices. Their billing office is incompetent. Aggressive and incompetent, a nasty combo. Will never go back. Visiting friends in the area a year ago, had an urgent medical issue. Treatment was OK, not much could be done except for prescription meds, but what followed was a billing nightmare. I have Medicare and supplemental insurance coverage. Medicare only paid a portion of the bill. Everett Clinic started billing me for the rest. Years of previous doctors visits using Medicare, I only showed my Medicare card, never my supplemental card. Between Medicare and the supplemental, everything was covered, even the co-pay. No office has asked me for a co-pay, including the Everett Clinic. Obviously, the receptionists checked out my coverage while I was being seen. And no office sent me a follow up bill, except Everett. Everything was seamlessly covered. Until Everett. Checked with the supplemental insurance company and they said no problem. Just have Everett send us the bill. So I wrote a nice letter to the Everett Clinic. Never had to show my supplemental card before, but included my supplemental insurance company contact information and policy number and thought that would take care of it. I kept getting bills from Everett. Back in the 1980s, within a few months, I got double billed from three different medical offices, some from years before. Back then, I figured it was a scam. The bills disappeared when I was able to prove I already made payment. Was Everett pulling a similar scam? But I really came unglued when I got a letter from a collection agency. This was three or four months after the appointment and AFTER I sent them the letter with my supplemental insurance information. Wow! They don't waste any time. Or pay attention to their snail mail. That's when I sent the angry letter. THAT letter got a response. The bills and collection letters finally stopped. But who knows for sure. Now I'm on their frigging mailing list, getting useless emails and snail mail. Blocked the emails but their pamphlets are a waste of trees.
In a pinch this clinic is really nice. Gets the job done. Barely had to wait on a Sunday. Nurses are very sweet.
i there,I am extremely disappointed and enraged at the customer service provided by the receptionist, Nicole, located at The Everett Clinic at Harbor Pointe walk in clinic in Mukilteo, WA. My family of 5 was just involved in a car accident and I went to the harbor point walk in clinic at 6:55pm on 6/10. The receptionist, Nicole, asked for my information and found me in the system, asked for my daughters information found her in the system and could not find my other two children in the system. She stated it would take too long to enter them in the system and instead of getting us checked in she went to the back to get a nurse. Nicole retrieved RN, Laura, from the back who stated they would not help us because they don't have an X-ray machine at that location and they can't help us. I asked if they could do a basic look over or check our vitals so we can provide information/proof to our insurance that we tried to be seen for any possible injuries. Laura stated they were closing and we were not going to see us. I explained that we had called the Mukilteo clinic prior to arriving and the receptionist had told me we could be seen as long as we were there before they closed at 7pm. Laura and Nicole explained the over the phone receptionist didn't know what they were talking about and said we should go to providence ER instead. After refusing my family service, I asked if they could provided a letter or note stating they would not see us, and they recommended we go find an emergency room for proper treatment. My husband and I tried to explain that the insurance companies usually want us seen the same day as the accident to address any injuries and we wanted some sort of documentation that we were refused service. They stated they could not give us a note of any kind and could not help us because they don't have an X-ray machine. They gave me a business card to the business office along with a business card for a doctor. After leaving the clinic I immediately called the same number I spoke to prior to arriving and spoke to a receptionist named Brooke. I explained the situation to Brooke and she let me know she could check to see if that location had an X-ray machine. Brooke confirmed the Harbor point walk in clinic in Mukilteo, WA did have an X-ray machine. I asked Brooke to put in a formal complaint for me because we were refused service due to two employees wanting to leave work on time on a Friday night. I am completely disgusted at the selfishness that this clinic has provided to my family and want appropriate action taken taken towards these employees who have lied to our faces and prevented care to my 1, 3 and 4 year old children. When I arrived, Nicole had already stated she could see my husband and I, but the kids may need specially equipment. I arrived at the Everett Clinic in Mukilteo expecting the best care for my self, my husband and my children but instead we got forced out the door and lied to all because of two employees not doing their job and wanting to leave work on time. This is a situation that was strictly medical and now may turn legal due to the neglect of care from your employees. I would highly appreciate a call back regarding this matter as soon as possible. Thanks,Melina Torres
If I could give this place negative stars I would!! I don't have a problem with the Dr's, it's the absolutely horrible staff they have working front counter!! No matter how many ppl are waiting, they will tell u its a 2 to 4 hour wait. Last night I went in at 7 to get daughter's ears checked and she told me it would be a 2 hr wait atleast. I didn't know they were even open that late but I said ok well.im already here. She was so mad we stayed and ahe was unbelievably rude and short. She told me a ton of ppl were waiting ahead of us. It was a 20 min wait and we were in! Today we're back with my youngest 2 for same thing, she charges everyone a co pay but didn't the night before and today we aren't allowed to sit in the empty office. We have to wait in our cars as the new policy. She also stated it's a 4 to 5 hr wait and I asked how many ppl in front of us. 8!! Only 8!! She succeeded in getting the next 2 ppl to leave. I let them know she was a liar and trying to do what she could to get ppl to go somewhere else. This is rediculous! I get charged minimum 300 dollars everytime I bring a kid here, which 95% results in telling them to take tylonel and go home and deal. Actually it's my fault for giving you my business. Lesson learned. Today is the last day! Hire people who actually want to help! Why be there to sit on your butt lying all day????
Do not recommend, I liked Dr Sobieck at first, but today she was condescending and rude, said we had talked about my other doctor doing my paperwork at the previous visit, and she couldn't help me, so I said I'd see my other doctor. Then reviewed her notes and said Oh I guess we did not talk about it, so I can see you today, but no apology for being rude. Definitely only going to my specialist from now on, don't bother with FP.
If I could rate the Everett Clinic at less than one star I would for the simple reason they can't figure out how to bill a client. This is the second time the clinic has taken over a year to get one doctor visit figured out. In this instance they are crediting me back for something the insurance paid over a year ago. To anyone at The Everett Clinic thanks for being on top of things and not caring about what their your patients money means to them!!!!!The first time they couldn't figure out how to update my address for all of my children and sent a bill to the wrong address, even though I had requested they update address for all of my children. Honestly, I don't know any 13 year olds children who pay or manage their own medical expenses so why wouldn't the clinic act on the parents request to update the billing information for the entire family. This resulted in a $27.00 bill for my child going to collections. The Everett Clinic doesn't even care about how this affects someone's credit. I'm so unhappy with this company and I'll never go to another one of their clinics again for the simple reason they can't manage their billing.
