The Everett Clinic's Online Review Report Card

I had recently moved to the Everett Clinic at Harbour Pointe and it was the best decision that I made a couple of weeks ago. I had a health issue last week and was really impressed with how the Everett Clinic responded to and helped address my problem when it occurred. Everyone was very professional and really heard what issue I was facing - I am not used to being heard and interacted with. The solutions were logical and made sense. I had to come to the walk in clinic because my health issue was not going away and I wanted to see someone that day - this was a friday. I didn't have time to schedule an appointment through regular channels. I had Dr. Andrew Todd and his health team - impressive team. I did not feel marginalized or ignored but really heard. Their friendly attitude was great. Highly recommend the Everett Clinic and how efficiently they responded to a problem.

If I could rate the Everett Clinic at less than one star I would for the simple reason they can't figure out how to bill a client. This is the second time the clinic has taken over a year to get one doctor visit figured out. In this instance they are crediting me back for something the insurance paid over a year ago. To anyone at The Everett Clinic thanks for being on top of things and not caring about what their your patients money means to them!!!!!The first time they couldn't figure out how to update my address for all of my children and sent a bill to the wrong address, even though I had requested they update address for all of my children. Honestly, I don't know any 13 year olds children who pay or manage their own medical expenses so why wouldn't the clinic act on the parents request to update the billing information for the entire family. This resulted in a $27.00 bill for my child going to collections. The Everett Clinic doesn't even care about how this affects someone's credit. I'm so unhappy with this company and I'll never go to another one of their clinics again for the simple reason they can't manage their billing.

Maggie chou is an excellent pediatrician who doesn't hassle me or harass me for the medical decision I make for my daughter. Would highly recommend.

We have been taking our kids here for over 4 years. The staff is friendly and always helpful. We go here because they are open late so we can do kids checkups after work. Very happy with the care

Great doctors. Lots of locations. Short wait time for new doctors.

I will never go back there. I have never been treated so poorly by receptionists in my life. Their lack of compassion, manners, and customer care is the worst I have ever received.

Wouldn't know how their practice is sense I tried to set up an appointment for my son. They said they had me scheduled but I had questions about payments. They didn't have an answer so they said they would call me back. They didn't. So I did the next day and comes to find out I wasn't scheduled! So tried again but still had my unanswered question so I was transferred to billing. They didn't have an answer either so I was transferred back to scheduling who said they would call me back. Haven't gotten a call back so I will be going else where.
