Highly recommend Dr Maddox and over lake primary care! SUCH AN INCREDIBLE TEAM 🙏🏼 I have many health issues, some that were not discovered for years until I came here. It’s been a few years now and I’ll never see any other doctor! I also have family that’s been going here for many many years seeing Dr Maddox. Very caring, takes his time getting to know you and everything going on. I thank God everyday for blessing me with such a great care team, especially during these hard times.

My doctor (Dr. Maddox) is one of the best doctors I have ever known. I will be 81 years old next week and I have gone through a bunch of doctors. He makes me feel like he really cares and that means a lot. To me, he is a godsend.

Dr Maddox is very knowledgable yet can put things in terms you can understand. He takes his time, listens and runs on time. He sees the holistic picture of your health and focus on the specifics. My entire family goes here now and we’re very happy to found him.

So happy this office opened close to the Factoria area right off of Coal Creek Parkway. Dr. Maddox is excellent with my mom who is in her 90’s. He’s smart and a good listener, we never feel rushed. They have a lab on premises which makes it easier than hopping to another place. We also like that they are attached to the Urgent Care Clinic since my Mom often has off hour needs. The staff is always friendly, easy parking too. So pleased they opened here!

Would be more stars, but ... I like Dr Maddox! He was my and my wifes GP for a few years. We miss him since he relocated elsewhere. I would tend to give 4 or 5 stars, except for some unknown reason he left me high and dry when I needed his help on a claim that he helped to start. I located him but never got a response from him or his new office outside of Seattle. For that alone I'm tempted to rate him down to 1 star, but I decided my general experience was good overall, and there isnt 2.5 stars, so it's 3 stars. I'd be happy to bump that back up if I heard from him soon. I still need his help. I may even change over to his new location if he contacted me and could help.
