We found Dr. Cowan and his staff to be very helpful with a medical problem that was more difficult to treat. Dr. Cowan was patient and helpful in providing solutions. His staff was friendly and helpful on every visit. Great to have excellent medical attention close by.

Saw Dr. Cowan on a referral from my primary care after having hearing loss, tinnitus and several rounds of vertigo. Diagnosed with Meniere’s. Staff/Dr was helpful as long as you don’t need anything more than a quick office visit - don’t even think of asking for any type of paperwork to be completed! When asked, staff became rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste you time with this office.

Dr Cowens office helped my son tremendously! Ryker my son was 2years old at the time constantly had ear infection for 2years straight! Dr.Cowen put his tubs in the next day after we saw him because my little boy was in so much pain. Ryker is 3years old now and hasn't had a ear infection since! Dr. Cowen is the best ear specialist around in my opinion!

Dr. Cowan and his so called staff are a joke. Made an appointment, They called me and changed it. After I drove an hour to see this man he was not there, I was then told I needed a referral, and then to top it off they wanted $200.00 for a new patient fee ?? even though there was a sign up saying he would no longer be practicing in Longview. I will say that I was very upset and was not happy. In the mean time this so called Doctor sent word that he would not see me because of my attitude. WOW

Rude uncaring and I will never go back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! I was sent there by my primary for process of elimination for constant sinus infection for 2 years. I was taken to the room, he came in and asked me "one question", "what's your symptoms" and he never talked to me or asked me anything after and he left in less than 5 min. without saying a word or whatever. Then went back to primary and told them about the experience and they said that they had heard complaints about them in the same regard. First off, my primary, Brookridge Medicine, did not check with my insurance for approval and later found out that they were trying to charge me the office bill. They're NOT getting it! Not my problem that the office staff are idiots. Anyway, bottom line is: THE MORE PATIENTS THEY HAVE; MORE MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

My experience was terrible. Very uncaring. Wasted my money. I wont ever go back!

Dr Cowan is very kind and spends plenty of time with me at each appointment. He never makes me feel like he is rushed to get me in and out of his office. Appointments can be made same day and never have to wait too long in waiting room. Highly recommend him!

I have trusted DR. Cowan with a total of 5 surgeries on my two young children. He is amazing. I have also used him myself. He really cares and will go the extra mile for you.
